Barbara Crewe: I find the Watch very efficient but it is also very cumbersome for fragile elderly ladies to wear & has a tendency, when worn daily, to bruise one's arm. The Watch Strap is also very wide & stiff & extremely uncomfortable & difficult to fasten onto one's arm. A very good idea but I would hesitate to recommend it to frail people - namely ladies with thin tender skin on their arms. Trisha Herrera (Mija831): Works ok, just not feeling it's the greatest app. It don't stay logged in and you need it logged in to get notifications or alerts or to receive calls and video chat. I cannot change or add apps there's alot of work still for this app. It's not accurate with GPS location. I love the watch I can call my son and locate him after-school.

Elena Chudnovsky: Menu doesn't have all options as in screenshots. It's impossible to find configuration for steps, helth, fall elert sensitivity. I was able to do this in previous version with previous version of watch.

Anel Grove: Bought second watch today. I did struggle originally to connect watch to app but after since then it was just working fine. Can't be without it. Just note if the battery gives problems it is cheaper to purchase new watch.

Roxanne Chacon: This watch phone does it's job and my daughter likes it. There is a couple of bugs that could be fixed like the time I have tried many many times to change it and put the correct time and it goes back to the original time it came with. Sometimes we have trouble sending messages. And my daughter has trouble taking pictures the button doesn't work very well. But other than those small things it works good.

Sarah Lindsey: I don't get notifications for messages until I open the app, and then they won't go away, the messages I send and receive go away after seeing them, you can only "text" 15 characters. The app won't close. Gps works well and the phone calls sound great. Other than that the app is horrible and hard to use.

A Google user: Same as everyone else,apparently! Keep saying device offline. No way or directions to work phone. Only able with app,but app won't work at all when it keeps saying offline. Very frustrating. My son was so excited for this watch and none of it works. I want my money back, but have no idea how to go about that. Hate dealing with China, sometimes!! Definitely agree. Instruction booklet not much help, can tell they aren't fluent in English. Don't tell app to use or how to set time at least.

A Google user: Crapshoot...only works part of the time. Randomly says device is offline when it is in fact online and ready. GPS is way off by at least 25 miles. No instructions on how to program watch, how to use any of the apps functions nor how to seek help. I wanted it simply for the ability to listen in on my son in school and so far it has worked. There are pockets when it wont connect and says the device is offline which is false. I would say the listening device aspect works about 60% of the time

A Google user: I can communicate with watch, but the time settings are unclear and change. The location portion of the app doesnt work, it is not even close to where the watch is...gps is really bad and unreliable so dont count on that working... i reset and followed directions, no luck. Watch works but wish I could track location!!
