Paul Brooks: This works well. I think the problems people are having with LBS or such is more to do with the watch they are using. I'm using a good 4G watch and it always shows either GPS or WIFI locations and they are quite accurate. It's a good app, fast and accurate. The best of all the ones I have tried.

Romanita Alexeev: The most important feature, the location tracker, isn't reliable. Most of the time it uses LBS instead of GPS which shows a huge error in location. I am not sure if that is a device or an app issue, thought. However the app, too, could benefit from some improvements. Would be nice to be able to contact customer support somehow.

Goran Miljevic: Absolutely horrible app. Difficult to connect to device, you need to try 10-15 tims to add number to phonebook, or to make any other change to smartwatch. GPS is inaccurate, and most of the times it needs to much time to locate the device. All in all it's poor. Even tried Se tracker 2 and beside visual look, funcionality is practicly the same - POOR!!!

Elliza BB: The app has been working pretty well and I hope it will continue to deliver in the future. The only thing that you should consider is the scheduling part. Perhaps you could expand the schedule app so that more information can be stored in it and also the flexibility of timing usage. For example, there are times I cannot change the timing of my schedule according to my preference. I find this inconvenient.

Nikita Medvedev: The Maps don't find the watch, only the nearby cell tower. The Talk does not beep or show any signal when a message arrives from the watch on the phone. The video chat does not work, showing only a message 'Network failure' (cannot work with WiFi?). It's not even possible to set a picture for a phone number so that a child could click on it to call. So the functionality is limited next to useless. P.S. I'm ready to revise my rating if the above-mentioned issues will be fixed.

Averyzalia Sylvia: It's a good app overall it's just two thing that bothers me. 1. It's slow, no matter how good your internet connection, the app take a while to show new voice message and images that are taken with remote camera. 2. It didn't have voice remote where you can spy on the child surroundings and for me, that is more effective than remote camera. I hope the devs take this into consideration. ?

A Google user: The app shuts down often and the connection gets lost, especially if kids are in a building. It could be the issue with the watches rather than the app. I can't update the time on the watch after the end of the European summer time. But in general, it is good that I can call them through the watch and send messages.

A Google user: One of the most useless apps I have ever encountered. Difficult to setup with limited information available. Finally managed to get devices setup. Worked fine for a day, then got logged out of app. Unable to log back in due to 'no network coverage' error even though I am connected to Wifi & mobile network. Would not recommend it at all & give a it a 0 rating.

A Google user: OK - with a few tweaks it works fine. I too had the 'Device offline' message frustratingly when I first installed it to work with the device purchased. However a lot of the fault will be the device, NOT the app. If relying on LBS location services, forget it it can be up to 5 miles away. Pay out for a good tracker, that uses 3 ways of detecting location, I'm using a Camillewatch that has 4G signal from the SIM, LBS and WiFi. It's required an APN reset, but after that I've had no problems.

A Google user: this application needs improvement for sure. GPS sometimes takes about 10 tries to finally locate accurately. I once got a location some 30kms away from where my child was. It also sometimes will say the device is offline when it is not, but that only happened a few times. Everything else works fine!
