Mikhail Gomilin: Nonsense! I've already bought their watches for kids, and now I have to pay more to turn the ad off.... I'll give their watch back to the store and then will buy the one by Elari! Disgusting app full of bugs. For example, you can't set up Do Not Disturb mode from 22 to 7 because 22 is a larger number than 7. Awful Russian language localisation!

Jack Joen-Jacobsen: For the love of god make it possible to completely disable lbs, some countries do not support it, including my own. In an older version you could switch to gps and it worked fine, with the new auto select it choses lbs every time instead of the wifi meaning if my daughter has no sattelites available, it will show her on a different island altogether.

Mohammad Alipanah: Despite the fact it was useful for me to know my kid location, it suffers critical security issues like: it is possible to shutdown the watch & to turn off mobile data from watch setting menu. I suggest the manufacturer to hide such features which are against main purpose of this watch. OR at least put some menu in app to turn on/off such features on watch.

Bojan Novakovic: Absolutely terrible application. Believe it or not, there is no option to set the correct time... on a watch!? Date is always wrong, and I cannot change it. Time is wrong, and I have to set absolutely wrong time zone to be just close to real time (still 10 mins off). Mostly it says watch is offline even though it is not true. So yeah, useless mostly. Avoid this app and avoid Moye watches.

Sondra Jackson: ADS ad nauseam!! The app is difficult to navigate and not at all user-friendly. Plus, as stated ads ad nauseam. There is no option to block what's available to download from the watch app store. Shouldn't that be included on this app? I don't allow Facebook, TikTok, or WhatsApp to be installed on her phone (she's a 10 yr old), yet they're available to install on a kids smart watch??!!

Kayleb Tinarwo: This is a good app I like it but there is room for a lot of development like add a feature were you are able to change the ringtone,wallpaper and theme the app keeps stopping and when is the next update coming when you send a message it is very delayed.

Tanja Drayton: How well the app works seems to depend on which watch you have. There are several different watches using the same app. The app isn't particularly intuitive but it seems to work. With the watch we have, it seems like the app drains the battery. We only need it for the sos button and that works with the app disconnected, so that's all we use it for. The ads are a bit of a pain but the app is made by a third party and not the watch manufacturer which is why there are ads.

basma farghaly: After enabled (the don't disturb feature) once , there is no sound played on watch , not during the call ,or alarm , or voice note ,nor ringing, even after i disabled (the don't disturb feature). I really need a solution for this problem.

sawsan qb: I was so excited to use this app but the disappointing thing was when I linked my child's watch for the first time I cheked all the features and the Sound Guardian was also there.. after two houres I was trying to test this funktion again but it doesn't appearany more in the app !! I tried to uninstall the app many times and install it again, but it still doesn't have the sound guardian function.. I need a solution from the developper please!! it's so important for me

Laura Bosci: Used to work well, but over the last couple of months or more, it is no longer accurate, frequently won't connect. Have tried resetting everything to no avail. Very disappointed that something that had solved our problem is now just a useless piece of junk thanks to a rubbish app. Would love to hear from the developer to troubleshoot the issue
