Marcus Yap: getting worse and worse...seems like noone is testing this. Obvious bugs over bugs. Lost data through the cloud service multiple times, service did not help. Newest issue is that the app wants to sell me premium and blocks me using it, although I already pay for that!

shmac96: doesn't always send my emails and or refuses to do so and I don't know why. I've tried to use this as my German email for work but when the response you've written and or the acceptance for an interview comes back to you because the email address is invalid aka 'mailer daemon'....it can be infuriating. especially when you've sent emails to an address before. I guess it doesn't matter since I won't be living in Germany anymore.

Sebastian Münch: The last update prevents me from logging in any more. Getting a "please retry later" error since a week now, so the app isn't usable for me any longer. Reinstalling didn't help. Update: No changes after months

Christian Absters: Worst mailing app exist! They delete all your emails without your consent if you dont log in often, customer service refuses to help you unless you're a premium member, and the worst out of them all, they purposefully filtered out/disabled emails from other social media/social platform! for example if you link web.de email address with instagram, and somehow lost access to your instagram account and want to secure it, the 6-digit-verification code from insta wont ever show in your inbox.

John ?Sir1002? Doe: App keeps getting stuck on synchronization, draining battery and overheating the device. No fix for over a year now. Don't use this app, use the web interface. Thank me later.

Tony Wang: It used to be possible to add gmx accounts aswell but for some reason it's not possible anymore in the free version. The app is easy to use and does it job but I probably have to switch to a different one if they don't change it back

Großer Langweiler (Kangalioo): Deletes emails after 14 days ???? According to the settings, emails should be saved indefinitely. It doesn't do that though. Emails are seemingly irreparably deleted after 14 days, without asking, and without any chance to turn it off

Reitman Igor: Since the last update its useless, keep asking to log in, redirects to website, ask for name and password, and repeat.... Infinite loop. Worked for few days. Now same again. The web is down as well. Will give 5 stars again as soon as solved. This happened years ago as well, so it is a system problem. Btw, web.de is otherwise a great service, only downside are the spam from admin emails and that it sometimed stop working.

A Google user: in general i'm super happy with the app! only and biggest problem is that it takes 5+GB!!!!!!!!! of my phones storage. idk why or what to do cause i deleted almost all my emails and don't even use the online storage so in my eyes there's no reason for the app to take so much GB! tried to look for help online but couldn't find anything regarding this problem! will have to contact the support!

A Google user: Very poor support! Somehow my password was blocked for safety reasons. Thus I cannot login again at my account to change my password. If you click on password forgot, they send a new password to your mail account.... well I cannot log in, so I cannot get this new password. If I try to call them it comes immediately "number is currently not available", so not even a waiting list!! Therefore I couldn't find any other possibility to contact web.de! Very very poor "support"!
