Liliana (Lil): It's good and I enjoy using it but it's annoying having to keep using the kit to load every so many hours after the initial download.

Arden Randolf Panlilio: I thought this would be the next generation of media. Unfortunately the quality is not even at par of a compact disc. And the mere fact that you still even have to be connected to the internet everytime makes this a total fail.

Jayden Michael: The first few times I used my Kihno album (specifically, City Lights by Baekhyun) it worked without issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KiT Player app but that did nothing. I put the album, which is a button type, up to my ear and I can hear a beeping noise. I assume that's how the album is supposed to work, so I can't think of any logical reason my album is not working. Good money was spent to buy the album, which had to be shipped from South Korea to the US.

Gierlang Bhakti Putra: Let's start with positive ones: 1. Connecting the kit is convenient. Easy and quick 2. Good UI, live the LP player looks However, here where things start to go wrong 1. It depends on the internet. You download the entire album from the internet. What happens if your cloud service is dead? Our music is gone? 2. Bad UX. Less intuitive. 3. Having kit ready everytime to want to hear music? 4. Non-transferrable music.

A Google user: Good concept, horrible execution. Nothing about this is convenient. The fact that I have to attach the KiT every time I want to play the contents is absurd. The Air KiT I received is also very faulty, I basically have to dismantle the plastic and hold the battery down firmly every time I use it to get it to work. Connection to TV keeps disconnecting, video contents constantly change to a random track, the whole thing is a mess.

A Google user: Could be so much better. This could be very good product but it's not. You purchase the kihno album but you really don't own the album. Whenever you want to listen to the album you must use the device to activate it on the app. WHY??? This is completely stupid. Once I do the initial download, the album should be saved on my phone. No one has the desire to carry around their kihno device everywhere they go. I am not sure how this format has survived this long

A Google user: I just bought SEVENTEEN An Ode, I connected to my iPad it works, it plays the songs. But I want to listen and also sing with just the instrumental, I put the vocal volume to 0, but still have vocals, it's not working. Why is it like that? Then I tried to download on my phone and my another android tablet. I can download the app but can't connect the kit to the app, I pressed very hard but it doesn't connect, it does not work, only my iPad works but there's the vocal volume problem.

A Google user: Edit: Restared main device LG V30+, app now works. Samsung Galaxy S8 had to be factory reset before app work so I think corrupt data issue. Htc 10 still does not work but that is fine its an older phone running on older Andriod software. Anyways, once app is working it is easy to use and has a nice layout. Would like more skin options, but what is there is a nice start.

A Google user: First time i installed the red velvet concert it worked fine,i went to watch it a second time a few days later and it would not work, I had to delete the app and install it again. You have to plug in the box kit every time you want to watch it so if you go away somewhere and dont have the kit with you then you cant watch it. Even if you download it all you still have to plug in the kit to watch it. When it works its good but just seems too user unfriendly, you would be better off with a dvd or bluray disc.
