Liliana (Lil): It's good and I enjoy using it but it's annoying having to keep using the kit to load every so many hours after the initial download.

Arden Randolf Panlilio: I thought this would be the next generation of media. Unfortunately the quality is not even at par of a compact disc. And the mere fact that you still even have to be connected to the internet everytime makes this a total fail.

Cheyann Chong: I connected to the app fine. However when it goes to play the album the audio is so scratchy and broken up, as well as slowed down. Sounds like a broken record player. Very disappointed in the audio quality. Also the app crashes and makes me reconnect after a few seconds into the song. Glad the sector17 album came with postcards and photocards to make the purchase worth my money, but disappointing that I can't listen to the album this way.

Jayden Michael: The first few times I used my Kihno album (specifically, City Lights by Baekhyun) it worked without issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KiT Player app but that did nothing. I put the album, which is a button type, up to my ear and I can hear a beeping noise. I assume that's how the album is supposed to work, so I can't think of any logical reason my album is not working. Good money was spent to buy the album, which had to be shipped from South Korea to the US.

nishka baliga: Pros - the air kit has so much novelty. It's so cool how it connects w/ the button no problems connecting. Most features worked well, no ads. i loved digital photo book, lyrics, instrumental versions, player skins and the kihno kit was quite cheaper than the cd version of the album for me. the physical kihno kit inclusions for henggarae were great quality. Cons - annoying reconnect everytime. i wish vids, songs, photos, was downloadable. studio was buggy. takes ton of space , can't go on sd card

Phulio Yuong: The download is quick and the layout is very clean. But I am not a fan when you need to connect to the kit at all time whenever you want to watch and I think it defeats the purpose of downloading it to your phone. Imagine this: You download videos; those takes space in your storage and you cannot play it without connecting to the KIT and watch through the app, and the video does not show up to your phone's folder. Kinda disappointing for me.

A Google user: Good concept, horrible execution. Nothing about this is convenient. The fact that I have to attach the KiT every time I want to play the contents is absurd. The Air KiT I received is also very faulty, I basically have to dismantle the plastic and hold the battery down firmly every time I use it to get it to work. Connection to TV keeps disconnecting, video contents constantly change to a random track, the whole thing is a mess.

A Google user: Could be so much better. This could be very good product but it's not. You purchase the kihno album but you really don't own the album. Whenever you want to listen to the album you must use the device to activate it on the app. WHY??? This is completely stupid. Once I do the initial download, the album should be saved on my phone. No one has the desire to carry around their kihno device everywhere they go. I am not sure how this format has survived this long

A Google user: Edit: Restared main device LG V30+, app now works. Samsung Galaxy S8 had to be factory reset before app work so I think corrupt data issue. Htc 10 still does not work but that is fine its an older phone running on older Andriod software. Anyways, once app is working it is easy to use and has a nice layout. Would like more skin options, but what is there is a nice start.

A Google user: I just received my Kihno album for SNSD's subunit Oh! GG and was so excited to play it. I followed the instructions and it worked on the initial download. After the download it played fine. It's only been a couple since then and now I can't play it. No matter how high I turn up the volume, no matter the number of times I've unplugged and replugged back in the device no sound comes out. If this is where K-Pop musical releases are moving to I'm vehemently against it if this is how the device and software operates. Note: I'm on Android. Hopefully a positive solution can come out this but right now I'm very disappointed.
