Raymond Hendry: Hi . I just started using the app yesterday. All appears fine with it. But can you please tell me. If I set my alarm using the app, it appears that I can only disarm the alarm via the app. The keypad doesn't appear to be able to override the app. Is this correct. Thanks

Dan Williams: You have to go online and do something which defeats the object of having an app. It requires the I'd and password THREE times to access the app, I bet that if you ever get in you can reset the password. I given up!!

Donna Richards: Access denied! Been using this app for past two years but suddenly I am denied access. The app is upto date and I can not see any issues with my alarm system. Having an annual inspection next week, so will check with the engineer then.

James Smith: Once on the Home logged in page, this App then freezes. On screen message saying Home Control 2.0 is not responding. Checked my phone and it is OK and compatible with the App. This and previous reviews suggests problem with App.

Sherida Brindle: Dreadful app. Doesn't send notifications with consistency. Impossible to check notification settings. Keep on uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail. Therefore pretty substandard as remote home security.

Megha and Raj Gupta: Not very reliable. We were out and our neighbours called us to tell us our alarm had been tripped. The app did not notify us at all. We login and use the app, and we always get notifications that the alarm has been armed and disarmed. Very very shoddy. What is the point?

Angela Kerr: I just can't get this app to work st all. I have to re install every time I want to use it just constantly says doesn't recognise user code and password. Total rubbish and stuck with it after alarm system instsll but will be warning others not to get it!

Sam Burnand: As per most other users who have commented, this app is great on the occasional time you are able to log in. Most of the time I am not able to log in, with a variety of error messages despite no internet connection issues

Steve Lewis: Regularly get panel not polling the cloud warnings and have to phone family members to arm/disarm. App has the potential for some great features such as notifying of faults etc but they simply aren't there. These issues would be borderline acceptable if the app was free, with a paid option for extra features and reliability, but as the most expensive app I've ever installed this falls well short of where it should be and I'd suggest considering this carefully before buying a Pyronix alarm.

Navneet Lehl: Following up on my earlier post (which I cannot amend for some reason). Increasing the rating from 1 to 3 stars...connection is still an issue but not as bad as when I first downloaded the app. I prefer the previous version - which rarely had connection issues - but at least I know this new version is working when it does connect
