C. Loz: App crashes on service record. When opening the app, it opens fine, I do to the companion tab, then I go to click service record, but then it crashes the app as it starts to load.

J Barclay: Revised: medals are located under Game History (and game history is located under Medals). I want to see my lifetime medals. Why is that so difficult? It should be visible for everyone on their profile/gamertag page. I'm not trying to see what medals I got in a specific match ?

Tiko: how is it that everything 343 puts out ends up half-baked and never gets fixed later? redesigning waypoint just to remove the one useful feature it had and basically forget about is certainly an interesting choice.

Gary Cofield: Used to have the ability to customize items in armory such as Spartan armor and weapons. This was excellent in the event, you're playing the game and forget to change armor between rounds, you can just do it while loading between rounds and it would swap later. This has since been removed, so now the only reason I continue to use this app is to see what's in the store when I'm not playing the game. Overall, major L.

Jonathan MacIntire: Only used for Halo Infinite. Too much content and not properly optimized, app interaction is far from smooth. As a source for Halo related events and articles, this is great. As a companion to use alongside actual gameplay, it is barely functional and practically useless. It is essentially a glorified challenge tracker to use when the in-game challenge list glitches or you want to scroll through battle pass rewards. Not worth downloading, as all of this can be accomplished in game more easily.

Mhx Air: Basically useless for Halo Infinite. Only good for checking the store, and even then, the images are wrong, and have no previews. The armor customization barely works and doesn't reflect in game right away, so may as well just customize in game. It's not like Destiny where changing armor and items on the fly even matters. No stat tracking, medal tracking, friend activity, challenge tracking, nothing. Just shop preview.

Michael Santos: This app sucks. Shows the wrong customization options, bottom menu doesn't even load at all it's just a white bar, shows the wrong options in the store, can't track progress in Infinite at all. Waypoint used to be halfway decent, but this one is complete and utter garbage, I have no idea what happened. Please 343, for the love of god, fix your stuff. Gameplay may be great, but this app and other things are NOT.

andrewlee: To be fair, when has a game companion ever been good. But in all seriousness, I love the concept for Halo Waypoint on mobile, a place to browse news, forums, and interact with Halo in general when you're away from PC/Console. But when the app is so under developed, and so many bugs visible when you first open the app, that turns away people from using it, making 343 or Microsoft not want to fix issues.

Joshua Jimenez: Getting a glitch! When I try to customize the spartan the visual is a neck guard and visor. Have had a regular waypoint account on the website. The app concept is a great idea but needs to be fixed as we transition to mobile. I would like an option to add in clan info like the website. 343 has maybe taken on a little too much with this. Either way kudos for trying, maybe ole Bill can help you?

Indy Miraaga: New update is LEAGUES better than the old. It actually works on newer Android for one, and the menus and UI are very intuitive. Gives you access to progression systems of current Halo games, and will also do so for Infinite. I do wish the Exchange was available for MCC through the app, and being unable to change what season the system selects for the MCC battlepass is an odd decision as well.
