Matt Garrow: I've been using this app for the last several years. It was working great the past month until the tasks I made were hidden. With this app, you can create tasks on your mobile device and online with the computer. While the full number of tasks on the mobile device will display, only a fraction of those will be available when logged into a computer. This is no way to force the program to display everything while on a computer and a feedback message to the app creators has gone unanswered.

Jerry Ferguson: This was my favorite app for many months, center of my home screen, used it every single day multiple times a day. Loved it. Put so many tasks, reminders, notes, subtasks, etc. in it. And then, a few days ago, I opened it up and everything was gone. Everything. Thought, OK maybe it will get restored in a couple days, but nope. Thinking about starting to enter things again, but the prospect of finding it all deleted again someday has taken the fun right out of that. Sooooo disappointed.

Chris B: I want to like this app, but I regularly run into a problem where it does not notify me of a task even when I set a specific date/time for it to provide a reminder. This happens at random and for no apparent reason. A task app that cannot reliably remind you of the tasks is pretty much useless. Microsoft needs to fix this. Update 2/10/21: Still not giving reminders at random. Unbelievable.

A D: I love the app so far. I really like how user friendly it is. But this app has a very limited selection of themes. Please offer more themes to choose from. Also, offering the ability to choose our own images from our computer or the internet for our task background would be great. Even though I chose not to use the Trello Task app, they have the above features I mentioned, and I loved having those options.

Antique Mascara: Bring back Wunderlist! This app has failed to link lists over and over. We find ourselves trying to relink lists, but it still doesn't work. Since this has changed from Wunderlist, it's a huge disappointment. Find a better app. Also, you can't silence it when someone is checking off a linked list (when it does work). Super annoying. I expected more from Microsoft.

Phoenix Essence: Mostly works, but it's irritating when you have to log out and back in to force the lists to sync fully. Sometimes it doesn't even work so you have to do it multiple times. And there are times repeating tasks will randomly stop repeating. It's especially upsetting when you've removed over 100 tasks from one list and it isn't reflected on your other linked device, or if you share with another person and eat they see isn't synced.

VALERIE HOLSCHEN: I switched over to Microsoft to do after being notified that Wunderlist would not be available. With the most recent update to the app, the 'planned' list now only shows a filtered view. And I have to group it by date to even see it for each day. Previously I could see everything at once -by due date even overdue items. I can appreciate that everyone might not want to see everything. There should be an 'all' option if you are going to limit this. Looks like I get to find a new app.

A Google user: A Horrible upgrade! Its predecessor, Wunderlist, was a very useful tool. I could easily add new tasks and speak them by pressing one button. Now you have to go through a variety of clicks to do the same. Wunderlist easily and seamlessly integrated into my different operating platforms. Unfortunately, to do list requires that you use Windows 10 which I do not have and refuse to upgrade from Windows 8.1 Pro. There are other lists out there that you may want to consider.

A Google user: Uncomplicated design that's easy to get familiar with. The ,, that is easy to use moving seamlessly from phone to tablet to computer while having the ability to check off items or add more without having to reach for another device. The ability to move from one device to another without problem is the feature that I considered a must-have for a list. Especially when all other comparable apps were single device or wasn't didn't really meet the definition of a tasks and list app.

A Google user: Love love love this!! Easiest to use and most tightly integrated to-do list I've worked with yet for anybody that uses Office 365 and Outlook. Only Gap I see at the moment is the ability to assign tasks from the mobile app. However it works perfectly when you assign tasks from Outlook. We just need the reverse functionality as well and then this thing is nearly perfect. The only other comment is it would be nice to have some easy way to add priorities Beyond just the favorites ? Must have!
