Toufue Lo: This app is poorly designed. Had a lot of trouble setting up a password even though the password I chose met the criteria. Accepted a random password. Wouldn't take my answers to my secret questions unless I added special characters or numbers to it. How am I supposed to remember any of this? Finally logged on and trying to find if my PCP is an in network provider was useless. Sixty plus results, but will only show me ten results. Trying to scroll further down but it won't load any more. Junk!

Michael Young: Don't expect too much out of it. Access to insurance info is convenient, but the provider search is pretty useless. The information I get from a search doesn't match up when I go to schedule an appointment on the provider's website. So I'm not really sure which one is wrong tbh. Agree with other reviews about clunky UX too. I can't seem to tap any buttons successfully on the first attempt.

David Hicks: Latest update broke the app. Nearly impossible to sign in, app won't send text confirmation code. You have to use email to get it. Then once you get in, the app keeps crashing. Did you farm out the update to the lowest bidder? Roll it back to previous version so that it works. It's only health insurance information. It's not like it's critical info that you might need to have at your fingertips in an emergency. smh.

Patti Quintano: Awful. My employer just switched from Cigna, and comparatively, this app is worse than useless. I've had to create a new password twice now. Immediately after creating the new password I can get in. But then the app locks up, I have to reopen, and it won't log me in. I'm done. I'm sure there was nothing wrong with my first password either, this app just doesn't work on any level. This last time before it locked up in me I tried to find a provider. Very clunky UI, didn't give me a complete list.

Kirsten Rocha: App/login process works fine. No problems. One MAJOR issue: TEXT-ONLY virtual visits. Can't find them. Anthem website/app ads show text($19) and video($59) visit options. UPDATE: I needed a prescription so I sucked it up and did the phone call. Got what I needed. Immediately after the call ended the page in the app changed and it gave me the option to complete a text-only visit ($0-19). So frustrating! This service works, but I resent the fact that it forces you to make a phone/video call first.

Scott Berson: Unusable. Don't really know what else to say -- the functions do not work. Doesn't detect selections, freezes or diverts to a blank screen constantly. I finally got to the screen to send an access code to my phone or something so I could actually, idk, log on, and it gave me an error message that my phone number wouldn't work and kicked me out of the app. It is unusable.

Joshua Seymour: This app has so much potential to facilitate navigating health insurance. Unfortunately, it's useless. It is so glitchy and slow. It freezes up literally every time I use it and I have the latest update of the app, the latest Android OS and a Samsung Galaxy S10 that's brand new. I don't have apps bloating my phone's processor so it can only be this app judging from others comments. I sincerely hope they really are working out all the kinks because no app needs fine-tuning quite like this one.

John Shore: Latest update of this app in Android has many quirky bugs, e.g., after login it returns to login screen and you have to repeat the login for it to open. Also app will close itself (sometimes) when changing screens within app. When this happens you cannot reopen or access it without clearing it from history. Many functions are slow to operate (though others work as expected.) This could be a very helpful app if you didn't have to wait and fiddle so much with it when you need it most.99

Dave Hysom: The advertisement says I can access my medical records. There's nothing on the app that does that that I could find. I sent email asking about this. they sent me a really stupid email telling me to contact their IT department. With the phone number but no email address. Total waste of time as far as I can see. Accessing their site for my browser, just as I usually do, works just fine.

A Google user: The registration process is painfully user unfriendly. The calendar input's means of changing the year is as unintuitive as it gets. The text box explaining the password requirements scrolls to the top of the page where you can't read it and leaving the password field makes the box go away. Finally, when I accidentally hit the back button on the third screen it took me back to the original splash page and lost all of the information I had entered on the first two registration pages.
