Their entire selling point and business model is basically based on one person that is Magnus Carlson and buying GMs which doesn't work if you have a interface from the 1800s. As if the interface wasn't bad enough it's extremely slow and it's just frustrating for someone who has played on platforms like lichess to return back to the days of MSN

A Google user: It has lots of problems. But some are really have to be fixed as soon as possible. For example the whole pieces looks white while i use dark theme on my mobile device and it makes the game obsolete. Please listen to the users and fix the problems is my humble request.

Choss Media: You can abort every game you get black peices. There is no consequence to searching for a game then taking an extremely long time to take the 1st move, or just never taking it. In which case you just wait for them and abort eventually. Crashes every time you leave the post game screen open and come back to the app after some time

Red Nev: This app is just disappointing. I can watch live game here which is really cool. Other than that, no good side literally. Poor interface, got only 3 dull themes. Too many connection loss during games. Improve or give up. Continuing like this is embarrassing!

Lorenzo Lucchi: Scam. Don't become a premium member, they don't cancel your membership even if you send emails and they charge you forever. The app is clumsy, if you download videos these are deleted randomly. The player pool above 2500 is bad, impossible to find opponents Vs for example lichess. The only good content is on YouTube ( or streaming and Copa dirachera)

Perseus F: Unfortunately very buggy app. I installed it to watch video lectures on my Android. It turned out crushing frequently, not showing evaluations and having a serious lack of user-friendly interface. Same story on iPad.

Marc Ibrahim: For those who get stuck while timer keeps running, it seems the problem appears after your opponent castles. You can continue the game online (web) in order to avoid loosing. Fix is needed quickly chess24.
