Not only does this app barely work (lots of lagging and crashing) it also features ads even on a paid subscription and YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION! How awful. It auto renews and if you want to cancel you're told you must contact support during business hours via chat, email, or phone. I've tried all 3 ways many times and I never have anyone answer the phone or respond to my emails or chat messages. I've tried so many times.

Gabrielle Williams: Newest update messed up video recording and motion detecting. Before the Dec 13th update, my camera recorded 6 seconds clips without needing cloud or microSD storage. After the update, my videos no longer playback, all I get is "video failed to playback". My motion detection no longer works properly and my notifications no longer come to my phone even with permissions allowed. Seems like they introduced some bugs with the newest update.

Heather Schnitker: Since the update, I can't access the multi camera function because of their "fall detection" ad. I pay for the services and am not able to utilize the services due to an ad is very frustrating. The video services since the update has also been very choppy. I am disappointed to say that I am paying for this service with how terrible the update has been. Please fix the update! Update: I am very impressed with the customer service that was provided and the issues have been fixed. Thank you

Kashif Khan: Great till I updated this morning. All motion detection had been completely cut out. Even from my SD card. The cloud storage which used to same short clips has been gone. This is supposed to be security feature and pissed to see the motion clips been removed by developers. I will wait a few days then will switch to another camera if this stupidity continues.

E Gidd: Horrible app & camera connectivity. Do not buy their cameras! The cameras take a long time to access if at all.. I had 2 cameras running on the app but when I got a new phone and had to download the current version of the app, I lost features and the ability to have more than 1 camera, unless I subscribe to their service.

Michelle Countryman: After the last update an ad has been placed where the split screen option normally is therefore making it impossible to see multiple live camera views at the same time. I pay for a subscription which makes this all the more discouraging and disappointing. Also with my subscription I am supposed to get 15 days worth of continuous recording to cloud storage however upon trying to view any history beyond the current day it prompts saying there is no recordings on cloud. My settings are correct.

Jim Gores: This app leaves a lot to be desired. It stops showing a live feed for no reason. Sometimes when you try to select a camera, it will take multiple taps to open it. When trying to make the view full screen there is an annoying, different feature that is commonly selected instead.

Dorothy Mitchell: Camera is clear. Recent update has caused it to no longer send notifications for motion or sound, which is a turn off for me, as my husband and i purchased it as a baby monitor. Canceling subscription has been ridiculous, instead of just cancel and here's why, that shouldn't even be required but is, you also have to respond to MULTIPLE emails stating you wish to cancel and in said emails if you said it was because the product isn't working as well or malfunctioning, you will be gaslighted.

Casey Hayles: Like others have said, the app has gone downhill. I can only load clips 50% of the time and half of that time it's the 6 second clip with no option of watching the full video. I need this to work now more than ever as I have a newly diagnosed diabetic cat and need to monitor his food/water/waste activity. And it isn't just non cloud users as I pay for cloud. If it can't get fixed soon I'll have to find a new system. Update 11/3: they have fixed the issues back to normal!

Jacqueline: Very glitchy. I thought there was hope when the smart detection upgrade came through so that my night vision wouldn't alert for every flying insect but the videos stopped playing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app only to not even have the smart detection feature anymore with support only saying that I have to wait for the next update. Cool ?
