Rongon Rahman: 4G, 3G Connected mobile is not connected with DVR. Only same wifi or LAN is ok but outside network its not even show any data.

Joe Mot: Worked great for months then it really sucked!!! The app signed me out and wouldn't allow me to sign back in to view the video feed. There is no one to contact for help. I'm really thinking of selling the entire system because of this issue. It's pointless to have if you can't be notified of movement or be able to view the video feed.

HeadShot557: The product works fine with a hard drive. I can't seem to purchase cloud storage for my cameras. Blank screen on app when I "Go Shopping" If they break in and steal my device with the hard drive then what use is the security system at all?

NYC Eddie: Works perfectly, just wish it had the same layout as the DVR 6 camera split screen. The app only has 1, 4, or 9. I also would like an auto log in to the main live feed screen instead of having to click device, home cameras, select camera. I use this all day long (Note 8 4g phone), no issues, 2 way audio works perfectly. Record and share videos&photos. Every alert sends me a notification with photo and the video of the alert is easily found, set external camera alerts sounds, all through the app.
