Sarah S: I discovered this app through a sticker on a real life claw machine at the market. I was under the impression it was going to give me free plays on that machine by downloading the app. Though it does not. The app itself has some cool kawaii prizes. I have won a few things. I watch ads to win free coins. The only issue being that in order for your prizes to be shipped you must purchase more coins... I find that a bit unreasonable. Otherwise if you are just looking to play have fun.

Bread _: My main problem was I won a few things in the game but then it wants you to pay for token packs in order to ship it to you, there's no way to get around it. Also after you play for a bit your first few things are free but after that they start costing coins (which go down after your free tries) meaning your stuck with what you had unless you want to pay or watch adds. Over all not really the best app if your looking for free items.

Ardie Walton: When I first played the game, it worked just fine. Now, it barely works at all. Whenever I log in to claim my tokens, the clock resets and doesn't award me any. Also, whenever I try playing for a prize, the game gets stuck at the loading screen and crashed EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that doesn't resolve the issue. Please fix this asap!

Justin Lee: Waited in line twice. Watched the counter count down to my turn and get an error code both times. Thanks for wasting my time trying to scam me into buying coins. It's not free if the free games don't work. If it's not fixed soon I'll have to report the app for having a false description. Seems to be working properly now. Fun to play and you don't have to leave your house.

Maddox Phillips: I am a little disappointed in this game for a couple of reasons... One, you have to spend money in order to win any of the better prizes, two because half the time the games aren't active, and three because it keeps freezing on me and I've lost more than 1000 tokens due to the screen being frozen or just not being able to see the game at all (black screen)... If these problems would get fixed, or I could get my tokens back, I'd be more than happy to give the game a higher rating

Miranda R: Beginning "free" level was fun and it got my hopes up for this app. Once you play that level you have to purchase coins to get item shipped to you, not a big deal. But after this the machines available change. The now available machines are completely different than the starting machines. Almost all of the machines do not have the prize you will win in them. Most of them have plastic balls a bit bigger than a ping pong ball and are impossible to pick up with a normal claw. Dissapoitment

Kristine Clay: Prizes are real. I just got the waterproof playing cards in the mail. Great customer service if you have any issues with interrupted play, just report the issue and they'll restore your coins. I paid the $3 to join as VIP and had a couple wins. But there are many different kinds of machines and difficult play. Too pricey to keep buying coins for. But overall a good app and hopefully they'll continue to improve.

Angelique: Pretty fun. I've won 3 items so far. I don't play a lot because some of the claw games are hard to do. It's nice when they give free tokens to play. I usually wait for the offers to buy a token pack. The only reason they get 4 stars is because sometimes the games go out (screen goes dark or super lag with the camera) and you contact customer service and get no response.

Jon Doe: Nothing about this app seems to want to either work or want to let you play for free. Its a struggle to find a single choice that is free as every single option youre displayed says vip only, so you have to dig through menus to find a choice you can choose and even if you do find one you can play, the screen just stays pitch black. Do not download, at this time it has 3.3 stars and it definitely is not worth the trouble. The app devs may respond, but its just not worth the trouble.

Michelle Russell: Garbage app. Once you put any money into it, the free section disappears entirely and you have to pay for even the ones that were previously free. Furthermore, after paying the coins to play a game, it will cut out in the middle of that game saying: "oops, looke like that game isn't available right now!" and does NOT refund the coins you already spent. Happened to me 3 times, not including the 2 times the screen went dark in the middle of a paid for game. Infuriating.
