Whitney Millikin: Just gets slower and slower, and the pharmacy section (99% why I have the app) only gets worse and more unreliable. It's so frustrating, and always inaccurate that I end up having to call in and wait on hold forever just to get accurate information (yet it asks me to do in-app reviews all the time). The browser version is much better, but I still have to call 90% of the time. Ugh.

Alicia Robinson: Since the update. This app is horrible. Everytime I try to clip a coupon its so slow to clip and move on to the next, it makes you wait to clip another, please fix this. Can you just put a regular paper ad up instead of a scroll thru different departments? It's slow... This used to be a 5? app, now it's horribly slowed down. Do better Walgreens.

K Pearson: It has a lot of useful information but most do not completely function. The prescription scan portion of the app has never actually scanned my bottle, I have always had to type it in. I'm ok with doing so, would be nice to use if the option is available. The prescriptions you have already refilled online do not save for quick reference. Ever. Lots of other similar situations with other navigational areas.

William Chase: The app is very useful and helpful up to a point. Information as to what is in stock can be incorrect, but I suppose that's a problem for everyone. The biggest complaint I have is that the "Scan to transfer prescription," which looks like a great time saver for me and Walgreens, doesn't work. I've tried twice and the pharmacy never received and information about the requested transfer.

R. Gage Bursell: The app doesn't work right. I try to sign in and it pushes me to the app home page. Try to look at my prescriptions or refill them and a loading screen flashes a few times then back to the app home page. Someone needs to do a better job at coding or leave it to more capable professionals. Very sad and make me wonder if I should take my business elsewhere if I can't use part of their system and/or services without problems.

Hazelle :3: this is the worst app I've ever used, no joke. there's no excuse for it. it's a big business. items in cart are randomly "unavailable" when checking out, then another item is unavailable, this is not me, I update the app, check the availability, there's no excuse for these glitches and horrible system. app is generally terribly slow, buggy, lacking in features, not modern, ugly interface and just horrible experience. I'm tired of not being able to buy things. It wouldn't even let me order once.

Andrew Rodgers: The search bar never works on the first screen, I always have to click on the shop button on the bottom first, and it never saves my updated card information despite checking "save" and "make my preferred card." Also, now the coupons say "save $5" for example, but you have to click on the coupon details to see that it is actually "save $5 on two." Deceptive.

Mimi Shinada: was working great while searching for items and putting it into the cart while checking out it was a different story. it was slow and in some areas you have to click twice because the 1st it didn't register. I processed my payment twice because the first time didn't work...I had to double check in my email and my purchase history to make sure it was not there before processing the payment again.

Will Nesbitt: Just a mess. Regularly out of sync with your online account. Constantly auto-filling prescriptions I don't want auto-filled. Forgetting information about previous prescriptions. Auto-selecting incorrect insurance information, the list goes on. To be fair to the app it's self, it is hard to tell if it is it's fault, or Walgreens admin. Either way, it left me with a one star experience ?.

Brie Santiago: I have been using this app for years. I previously rated it at 5 stars. Now 2 stars because the app keeps freezing and lagging. Not to mention, I used to print my photos from my phone and pick the prints up from the store. The site freezes or gets sluggish every time I try to choose a photo. Trying to shop for items other than photo is just as bad. It's extremely frustrating. Yes, I have the updated version of this app. My phone is in perfect working condition.
