Diana Regan: Worst upgrade ever!!! Who's bright idea was it to screw up a perfectly good program? Why fix it if it's not broke? It's the most confusing layout and I can't find anything. It's deleted my list, coupons and freebies. You've really put the older generation at a disadvantage. I was forced to upgrade, and will most likely delete it altogether. The previous program was simple, easy to use and exceptional. This one gets minus stars. I may even stop shopping at the store. Put it back the way it was!!

A Google user: Since the update, the app has been horrible to try and navigate through. Today as I went to start clipping coupons and looking up deals for my weekly shopping, the app now immediately closes down once the home screen is shown and I can't do anything. Please fix this situation. It has been a frustration for the last several months. The old version was much more user friendly, made sense to navigate through and always worked.

Matt Campbell: The redesign of the app is stunningly bad. I'm not saying this as someone that hates change, or can't find something - it's just awful compared to the old design which was a hair clunky but otherwise fantastic. I'll continue using it because it's the only way to shop with sales prices and rewards... I just cringe every time I have to try to fight through all the unrelated nonsense.

Chuck Shore: Not intuitive and crashes! No help page with description or it's difficult to find - I found it but not veryhelpful. Layers and layers of taps and swipes required. Not certain if you have to "view product" to clip the coupon. Much slower for the user. Maybe that's the point. Search for free products no longer works. Previous app was easier and quicker for securing the deals. If deals are automatically clipped then it might be better. Jury is out! Not happy at all at this point.

Denise Kadar: The new app is terrible! It is not easy to navigate, it is hard to determine how to get your Just4U deals so you spend extra time in the store scanning everything. I wound making a huge deliery order trying to figure out how to use it. Fortunately I caught that before it was too late. It does sync up your Monopoly coupons and free items, but they are hard to find. I have shopped twice with this and I am ready to switch stores if they don't fix this disaster.

Evan Parker-Calderon: The newest version of this app is terrible. The previous versions were easy to navigate, they functioned properly, and the idea of pulling everything into one app has just made it cluttered and confusing. Also, my reward points appear and disappear at random and if I do find a promotion and add it, half the time it doesn't get applied at the register. Please return to the previous format.

Joi Napurski: They ruined the vons app. The update may be flashy but is not intuitive in the least. Now I have to hunt for what I want. Whoever did this clearly does not clip coupons or shop for groceries using an app. The old app was so easy to navigate and find what I was looking for with a simple tab. Not even a tutorial available. Two thumbs way down. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. It's like going on a scavenger hunt.

David Moore: The new app is not usable. First problem: If you click on a coupon to try and read the terms and conditions, it just spins forever and never loads. Second problem: The new "grid" format for coupons is very hard on the eyes because you have to "zig-zag" back and forth to see anything. The list format was much better in the old app because you could just read in one direction. Third problem: It's impossible to find coupons by category. All the coupons are just bunched together in a huge list. Fourth problem: I used by able to search for coupons by name easily. For example, I could search for "free" and easily find all coupons with a free item. Now that's impossible because search is across all products (not just coupons) and it only seems to search the product names. Fifth problem: When I redeem a coupon, it doesn't disappear from my list of clipped coupons. Now I have no way of knowing what I can still redeem.

A Google user: "Offers are currently unavailable. Please check again later." The app won't load any of the tabs. I was in store last week and tried to add a coupon (as the signage by the item instructed), but could not, even though I've done it in the past. Since nothing loads, the app is useless. I'm not sure how long it's been broken, but it's been at least a week. Even the push notifications to save a coupon, which still come through, only lead to a blank tab.

A Google user: Would have given it 1 star, but if you manage to navigate this nightmare properly you will actually save money. If you can find the item you want on the multiple lists inside lists available you then select it, a rational person would say thats great, you can buy it now. Nope, now go find it on "your" list and check it. It claims to be ready now but good luck with that, has failed me on multiple occasions so i have to check my receipt everytime i buy something because of lack of faith in this app
