Buddy Ashworth: Scooters never appear where they're supposed to be. Disconnects randomly including in the middle of a busy road. They don't offer refunds are have stopped feedback on their app after each use. (Probably because of how poor the customer service and user interface is) dangerous because of terrible connections to scooters, I've been in multiple accidents now because they disconnected on busy with no warning. Start your driving lessons, get a bus, taxi or a bike. Cheaper and safer

William Wolfard: If you have ever used another ride app, this one will disappoint you. You cannot park it anywhere safe like other apps. You must used pre approved "parking zones" which were decided based on zodiac signs and how to screw you over. Oh and even if you find a spot, it could be "full" of other scooters and you still cannot park there. Once you're done you gotta do their job too and take a picture. Missed my bus due to this app slowing down every possible part of the process. And it's not cheap

Edvinas Venediktovas: Was gonna cancel VoiPass subscription for the winter, but the app doesn't have the cancel button. It says multiple places that it's suppose to have it on the app, but i looked everywhere and it's not there. Super shady and scammy to make canceling difficult, so i can't recommend this to anyone and advise others to leave 1 star reviews until they atleast fix this.

Robert Evenett: Unreliable. Reliability is the key for a mode of transport used for commuting. This is unreliable, so my previous 5 star has to drop to 1. Moreover, I gave feedback on this, which has been ignored so clearly that they didn't even action the name change I wrote with the feedback. Awful service. Such a shame. Run with competent business sense this is a great product. Alas.

Mark Eales: Will not update Photo ID. Chat service was unhelpful, and kept trying to say it was an internet issue at my end...a diversion tactic because they clearly could not resolve the issue. My connectivity was perfect! Reset app multiple times as advised...made sure phone updated. Still same issue. Also, they still haven't got back to me after emailing them

Paul: Horrendous! Took over 30 minutes to successfully scan my id,I tried with 3 different devices. The vehicles are rubbish and not fit for purpose, the phone holder doesn't hold the phone so it's now damaged where it fell off. The have an incredibly dangerous way of location control, if you stay out the zone you drive for half a mile and then when your turning it just cuts out. You then have to haul 200kg of junk half a mile up the road because the app won't let you park it where it is. Avoid!

James H: I've used similar services in the US very successfully so I was excited to try this. The experience isn't even close to the US competitors. There are far too many barriers to using the service: no-go zones everywhere, constant nudges to take surveys, requirement to take a photo of your scooter, complaints that perfectly fine photos don't meet requirements (with the thrat of a fine!), and the craziest part... they expect you do to a field sobriety test in the freezing cold just to use a scooter.

A Google user: The rides were fine. But the map is nearly invisible in Berlin. Streets are white, all other areas are off-white, and the street names are super light gray. It's basically a blank screen. The map also rotates at the slightest touch. So, instead of zooming in or out, the map rotates instead. The app seems to need a lot more work.

A Google user: The app refused to end my ride the very first time I used it. I had to lock the scooter in the app. Then unlock it, for the end ride feature to work. Wasted about 2 or 3 minutes of my time, that I got charged for. Other than that I guess the app seems fine, but the scooters frequently don't work. I've tried to take maybe 10 rides and only three times was I able to get the scooter to successfully work. Had no problems with the Lime scooter app though. Even though it was double the price, certainly more reliable. Especially if you're going to walk out of your way to get a scooter, only to find out it doesn't work.
