Forced stop, cleared cashe, uninstalled, restarted phone but nothing worked. Their AI keeps saying that have put wrong brand name in but I have entered unbranded, nor can you sell multiple items of the same if you have more than one it keeps deleting them. Shame app could be so good but isn't.

It is highly recommended.

Louise Lafferty: I love vinted, I use it daily now. However with that, there are some issues on the app side of things. I struggle when I've purchased things, and sold things, and been sending offers, to locate everything in my messages, it's all muddled into one. So then when you come to pack your items you struggle to find what you've sold. I really would love different tabs for 'messages' 'sales' and 'purchases' it would be sooo much more user friendly. Other than that though, vinted its self is brilliant!

Morag Brenan: Convenient as a seller because the buyer pays the fees and postage. The app is quite glitchy, I often don't get notifications of messages and have to manually check. The rules about what listings are allowed is applied inconsistently (I had a brand new item removed even though there are several of the same item still listed on the site, and the only explanation was a link to their entire catalogue rules).

KEA: Tried signing up with 3 different emails. Everytime the app chooses my country for me and says I'm in Italy (I'm from the UK??) And then won't allow me to change it. Probably the worst sign up to an app or service I've ever seen. You've probably done me a favour, from the reviews I've read when trying to solve this issue it seems like eBay and depop are far better options anyway.

Riya Bisht: Such a brilliant app concept - it's straightforward, trustworthy and great for the environment. There's one important downside though: the shipping. I've been using this app for over a year and I've frequently been disappointed by shipping providers. Many of my parcels have gotten lost, or they've taken several weeks to arrive. It's good that users can get a refund after, but it makes me reluctant to keep buying/selling on Vinted.

Ellen Johnstone: The app is easy to use. I've sold and bought quite a few items without any problems. Some of the rules are unnecessary and I've had items removed without any reason, even though item was on the sell list and I see a number of items for sale that break the rules, but are still able to sell. They don't seem to listen to feedback/reviews and customer service is basically non-existent. They keep changing the price of the Royal Mail postage options and took away the custom postage option
