Billy Knox: Can't save itinerary as a calendar entry or share itinerary. Also, notification limiting options are not specific enough. The app is very limited in functionality. Won't sign in at all and uses Captcha. This app makes me not use Travelocity.

Brandon Porter: I will never use Travelocity again and suggest anyone looking for good deals on travel to look any where else. I have had nothing but issues with Travelocity. They had one job, to book flights and they couldn't even do that. 2 days before the trip they sent an email stating the flight had been canceled. The airlines said it was never booked. Thanks Travelocity but I think we are thru.

R M Calhoun: I booked a same day room and then was booking another room for a friend and the app booked a room a week later non refundable. The hotel had no issue canceling but since it was booked through Travelocity they could do nothing. Almost impossible to get someone for customer service on the phone. They better enjoy that $130 because they lost a frequent customer. I'll use another service from now on.

Jaleen Martin: Absolutely love the app! Very self explanatory and so simple to use. My first go-to app when planning a trip is Travelocity. The only thing I don't care for is when you have to talk to customer service, you can't find a single person who speaks clear English at all. So terrible hard to understand. I hope to see improvement on that part soon.

A Google user: Incredibly frustrating to try and cancel a reservation using this app. In fact, it was actually impossible for me. I ended up having to cancel the hotel and the flight individually with the providers. I have since deleted and uninstalled this application and will never use Travelocity again in my life. A Google user: Love this app and use it for some of my traveling. The biggest issue I have with it is their so called "perks" or "special deals" . Yes they are great prices/deals HOWEVER they are all East to West which when you're already on the West coast doesn't allow you to take any of the special deals. Kind of crappy for their customers who want to take part in these special deals. I just end up using other traveling sights because they do all the same things travelocity does plus plus use the perks.

A Google user: For the most part, I do love this app. My only gripe is that we can't pick what type of travel package we want. The app just expect us to choose hotel and airfare. Considering Travelocity advertised its services by emphasizing the choice customers had in creating their package, it's a shame the company does not extend this freedom to its mobile app. It used to through the rental section (which is weird) but now that has been completely taken away with the new update. Please fix this.

A Google user: Absolutely the worst experience ever! I booked a package deal, leaving on wednesday and flying back on saturday.... with hotel. Well, travelocity only booked my hotel for 2 nights instead of 3!!! Thank god I called the hotel to confirm my reservation!!!! After spending 4 and a half hours on the phone with travelocity, having them charge my card TWICE for something I had already paid for, they finally got the reservation corrected. I will NEVER use travelocity again!!!!!

A Google user: The app isn't very used friendly. The format is outdated, some images won't load, and some pop-ups appear suspicious. Upon opening my account after downloading the app, Travelocity somehow created a password without me ever doing so. After I was logged into my account, I wanted to change my password but I couldn't because when it asked for my current password I didn't have one. I had to log out and log back in to click "forgot password." I'm hoping the app works when it really matters!

A Google user: Travelocity will do whatever they can to get your deposit get your money and it will not be truthful about what it's giving you when your booking. I wanted a certain way to pay for a rental car I did all the information got to the facility and they said no they do not do payments that way. Last year I wanted to book a hotel and I thought I was booking a hotel. That was what I put in my search was a hotel. and instead I got a timeshare when I got 600 miles away I couldn't get into the damn thing. I will never look anything with Travelocity again I'm going to block them off of my computer block them off of my phone I am done with Travelocity Expedia and Priceline or a whole lot better.
