This is a deal killer and will find something else. User interface should take the user unobtrusively where they wish to go. If you must obstruct exiting the app, have the user double click the exit button - much less intrusive. Obstructing navigation and therefore being an annoyance is an odd choice.

Rudolph Watson: Inaccurate Across Various Devices: How is it possible to have different temperatures across the 4 devices where this app is installed?? With identical city location?? Latest Samsung 'S' devices. Yes they are all refreshed. And yes, I am using the latest versions. All are off, by up to 4 degrees. Which is accurate?? All can't be accurate. Eg. one device lists current temp at 41 degrees F. While another lists it at 37 degrees F. Interface and functionality is fine. Accuracy.. not so much. ?

I was a top Systems Programmer for 35 years for large corporations and the NSA, so I know good software when I see it. I've tried the other weather apps, and THIS is the one to get! - - - - - - - UPDATE - 31 Jul 20: for the past few weeks, the large temperature display has been greatly inaccurate for most of my six cities. It seems the Foreca update is not always working. Fix this or provide a button to force an update.

I would never select an ad in the body of an app out of principal, and would choose to never patronize those products even if it looked like something I may want. This is bad design and takes away from your content. Ultimately, I may choose to delete this app if that does not change. I would pay for an ad-free experience.

George Beato: Good APP with a lot of information. I didn't give a 4 or 5 because one of two things happen ALL the time. 1) Weather by Day keeps changing to Hour. It won't set back to Day even if I go through the settings option. 2) I lose all the colors I've set. Again, nothing in setting allows me to bring this back even when I play with the color setting. On both those issues, I have to re-install the APP as a widget. Frustrating.

A Google user: I love this app's widget. It's been on the home screen of my phones for years. Unfortunately... After the latest update, 2020/02, several settings changed. The hourly interval for the widget's forecast has changed to 1 hour intervals instead of 3 hour intervals. There is no way to change that setting in the menus now as far as I can tell. Don't know why the setting was changed, but I'd really like that fixed since I now only have a quick visual on the next 4 hours forecast instead of 12.

The weather app is pretty complete, except that it seems to require a cost to get a radar map. For some reason, the widget on the home screen updates better than the actual weather app... hard to get it to update.

The way rain is represented in radar is fuzzy and odd, why blue rather than green yellow red? And regardless of moon phase it is labeled as a "New Moon". Otherwise it is a reasonably useful app.
