Jason R: Update 8/3/22- Looks like the bugs it had were fixed. The chat seems to be working and routines are uploading now. Works great. Constantly bugged and can't use. I've had issues sending and receiving messages to my trainer, his updates to my routine aren't showing in either my calendar or in the workouts section, and it's just not usable. When it works it's great, but lately it hasn't been working. Considering what I'm paying my trainer and what they must be paying,this is unacceptable.

Erik koch: I guess what keeps this app from five stars is the lack of Samsung wearables support and you cannot pause one workout and open another at the same time. Say you have a leg workout and shoulder workout planned and you want to complete both simultaneously, you can't. You have to either complete one workout and save it, or don't complete and you can't reopen the workout once you save. Little fixes like this would be a great addition to the app. You're also missing a few machines.

Noel Castrejon: It gets 2 stars because every few days it closes when I try opening and becomes useless until I delete the app and reinstall it. I end up installing this app about twice a week and if I sync my calendar every time I end up with multiple entries of the same time slot for every client on my Google calendar. If this doesn't improve I'll probably look elsewhere. I've installed this app about 12 times now and I'm trying to be patient I'm using a galaxy

Ahmand Johnson (AJ): The app has worked very well overall in the last 4 years I've used it. From the gigantic library of exercises to make workouts, the accuracy in data documentation for the body weight logs, exercise performance statistics, and to the communication bewteen the client and coach within the app, this is the best workout app I've ever used! Trainerize Team is always looking for new and innovative ways to make the app easier to navigate for the coach and the client, which is very much appreciated!

Emily Brooks: Today I'm trying to do my workout. When I hit start workout it goes to a blue screen that says downloading voice cues. It will not allow me to get out of that screen. I have tried closing the app when I open it it still does it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app charge it again and it went back to the same screen. This is the first time this has ever happened. I love this app because it's easy to do my workouts. Hopefully you can fix whatever is going on.

Jonathan Collins: Data entry with latest update on Galaxy S10+ is very glitchy, using either screen input to move between reps/weight/exercises or the arrow on the (Google) keyboard. Cursor either doesn't move after 1-3 attempts or moves, then goes back to the previous box. Not a big deal if I were entering 3-4 data points but entering 40-50 to get through a single workout takes 10 minutes more than it should. Also why can't we pre-fill reps/weight for the same exercise from previous workouts? Updated: Bug fixed

Rashaan Pacheco: HORRIBLE! This app has a timer that doesn't work and will not let you know when your rest period is over. Even if you hop to another all or close your phone, the timer does not work. Eve. Typing in my reps and weight seems to be an issue as sometimes it doesn't catch my keypad typing and I find myself tapping a number multiple times to just input the number 1. This all happens even after the most recent update. Ridiculous

A Google user: BUGGY!! It was perfect but since November, it shuts my music off when the timer stops or when it switches to a different workout. Also it'll close on it's on and some of my progress will be gone and I have to re-enter. This just started within the last two months. Update: it now freezes then closes out completely after shutting my music apps

A Google user: Not sure what is going on with this. I updated it, it says it is personalizing the settings which is taking FOREVER to finish. Then once i try and use the app, it just sits on a blank screen with the loading icon and does nothing. Still get notifications that my training plan has been updated, etc but cannot view anything because the app doesn not open. As a senior software engineer, i can say there is no valid excuse for an app to take THAT long to setup on opening. Run it in the background!

A Google user: I for the most part like this app. It's a super great way for me to work with my trainer and get easy to follow plans. However, there is a serious array of paper cuts in this app that, if fixed, would push it from ok to fantastic. * More Polish: The app in general feels like slightly more than an mvp.
