The show was amazing, unfortunately, the seats were to the right of the stage and couldn't see dinner if what was hairiness and Assisi there was a really tall gentleman in front of me, so again, I couldn't see much of the show. The lotteries and discounts are fantastic, but be aware that seat selection isn't possible, although TodayTix never sells obscured view seats. If it was possible to buy more than 2 tickets for special discount offers (we are a 3 person family), we'd by tickets with the app three times as much as we do already!

Philip Wilson: A great app, particularly because of rush and lottery tickets. The only issue I have is with rush tickets not activating on my phone when they should. My only other gripe has been fixed, so good to see it getting even better.

Vicky Potts: Started getting a ridiculous number of notifications and can't see a way to turn them off. I have unsubscribed from marketing emails but currently getting on average 10-15 push notifications per day. I use the app to buy show tickets a lot, it's great, but please fix this issue!

Kora Godlewska: Generally happy with the app, which is my go to for buying theatre tickets (and I buy a lot!). Their customer service is fast in replying and sorting any issues, the app itself is easy to navigate and works well most of the time. They have a lot of sales with quite competitive prices which is great for a theatre addict such as myself!

T Weissman: App crashes or freezes often. Never clear how rush tickets are being sold, as app always says one moment... for several minutes and then underneath that screen says tickets are sold out. High fees no matter the ticket price. Easier to get tickets at the theater than through this app. UI is not clearly streamlined.

Lisa Peters: The search filters simply don't work nicely. If you filter on today or tomorrow, the price shown isn't the price of that day, but those of the cheapest days/shows. Shows that don't have tickets left for that day still show up in the search results.

Gillian Eastgate: Love the app and the offers but it won't accept my Australian credit card or my google pay account. The problem seems to be the zip code requirement, there's no facility to skip this or indicate that it's an overseas card (Capital Bikeshare has the latter and I got it working for me). Some apps link to paypal and that usually works.

Laura Mason: The Lion King production was simply brilliant. My children were enthralled by every scene. Everything about the show from the acting and costume/set design to the musicians and spectacular percussionists was a real treat to witness. I'm so glad we could eventually afford to go. The Today Tix website offered good value, superb seats for our budget. Smooth service and efficient comms. I highly recommend both!

George Brant: Before today, a top app for theatre tickets. After todays experience, less so. Couldn't book tickets for a show that were different prices. Couldn't book seats together as id left a single seat (i hadnt). Couldn't book seats together at all. And in the short time that a solution was found the ticket price had coincidentally gone up 20 pound a ticket. Amusingly after that was sent the automatic email asking if I was still interested in seeing the show.
