Julia Bley: I understand my data needs to be secure but why make it so complicated when swapping devices. Now I need an additional app? And the PIN for my ID card? I cannot access anything unless I provide these details. Besides that I have the previous login key, my TK Safe key, sms tan and I don't know what else.... This makes it everything but userfriendly. And there are other methods to make an app safe.

Einar Ólafsson: Can't use the official AusweisApp to identify, TK uses a private 3rd party. Nect Wallet cannot verify eID provided to EEA citizens by the German goverment for online authentication. Tried to identify with Freischaltcode but it was rejected, ask for a new code by post but then the app reset and now cannot login anymore! Can't use with password managers, unable to autofill login information. Also clears inputs when you leave the app, making copy paste also impossible.

Dar rah: app is a major upgrade compared to how health points used to be managed but I still haven't received any of my cash rebates for completing fitness challenges. no apparent glitches in the app and surprisingly available in English

Mukund Z: Unable to get a clear pic of sick note. Tried taking a picture, which is focused then comes 3..2..1 and it takes a pic and is always blurred. I tried on multiple dark backgrounds at least 20 times. This was always working before but now it is annoying that such a simple feature is not working. Using on OnePlus 6

Ivan K.: Literally unusable. The links between the site and the apps are not working, the registration with OTP ends up with no password, you can not request new code by SMS or email, you can not even normally log in on the site. The developers did not bother testing the happy-day scenarios, I wonder why do I even have to pay for the service that unusable.

atlas29: I have to say, this app has improved a lot over the last few years, to the point where it's really convenient to use. Thanks TK! Also, btw, for having (still limited) English support. What I still don't like at all is the fact that the Selfy-ID process forcess you to download and install a 3rd party App!? If you want to use a 3rd party service for ID that's fine, but just use a browser-base link instead. Adding unnecessary apps to people's phones for a single use case ist not OK.

A Google user: Everything is okay but would be a lot better if the app is in English. I believe there are lot of users who does not speak German and is not acquainted with it. It would definitely help for internationals like me for whom understanding everything in the app is important and required. Without having it in English, translating every options or features is not user friendly.
