Feng Termyos: too short, and the story is a meh.

Could Be Anybody: Cant sob and be salty, leaving a bad review just because i cant afford the rest im gonna be honest, this game was amazing. The storyline had be intrigued the whole way through, every option was thought about thoroughly and when alexandre had a wine glass shattered on him and it only stated there was 'blood' i was sweating. Amazing well thought out writing and imagry. I can only imagine the amount of content beyind 3 chapters. Thank you for developing this wonderful game and changing peoples perspective of napoleonic history. I adore this classical masterpiece. You deserve to get paid for all your time and effort keep up the good work. Yours truly~

kris boyt: Bloody brilliant. By far the highest quality writing I've seen in a CYOA. While most are quickly paced with a focus jn the events and not fleshing out the world, this is an exception. The excellent plot, setting, and beautifully described world brought this adventure to life. A huge thumbs up to the authors!

Asa Bross: This game is great... right up until the end. The gender thing was annoying but tolerable, but the ending was very abrupt. The whole story hints at a big climax, only to give you a "Five Years Later" and have it be glossed over in the epilogue. Where's the action? What about the heaps of loose ends? Honestly this is worse than the ME3 ending, at least it had a climax.

Cat: I had a good time with it, finding the characters likable and the choices gripping. I also really loved rolling around in the historical detail, and finding out that the bad-ass grandma was a real person makes it even better. I didn't play the gender-fluid options the first time around, but they look interesting.

Adam Jackson: Overall I very much enjoyed the story, the alternative events following Waterloo was a very interesting aspect. I did rather dislike the repeated gender affirmation as well as the sexual orientation situation that arose. A singular multiple choice answer should be sufficient, but I feel like I had to answer the same question several times throughout the course of the book.

Duncan Atkinson: Excellent skill based simulator with unpredictable choices and plotlines both simple and tricky. I don't think there's any problem with the sparse ending if you fill in details with your imagination, though not for the sex scenes...you may end up feeling very dirty after playing this, but setting and gameplay-wise, it's a good game.

Daniel Brennan: Price was a bit high considering how short it was. Also I really didn't think much of the confusing gender options, it just doesn't feel necessary to the story, boy/girl gay/straight would have been fine. I can say I enjoyed the story you get punished quite heavily on some of the decisions and it's not always apparent which choice best suits your character but I muddled through in the end. I liked the writing style and got really sucked into the story at times, which was good, so overall I give it a 3/5. I would definitely read more from these guys. Just cut the gender fluid rubbish and make 'em a bit longer.

John Biasotti: I played the entire thing and it felt way to short. If there had been another ten chapters to fully flesh out the game then I would have loved it. The concept was great, I really enjoyed where the story was going but then it just ended so suddenly. Overall if I could go back I wouldn't have spent the $4.99

Gunslinging Bird: For a game that's about the French Revolution, there's hardly anything in the beginning of the story about the French Revolution, but every other choice is about whether I'm a boy, a girl, or if I'm undecided. Then the next choice is whether I know I'm a boy but prefer being a girl, or if I prefer being a boy, or if I'm undecided, or if I'm a girl who knows she's a girl, or if I'm a girl who thinks she's a boy, or if I'm both... Come on, really?!? Can there be some aspect of life where liberal politics and the LBGT agenda aren't shoved in my face at every turn??? I just wanted to play a choose your own adventure game, not question whether is gay, or hi, or straight, or something else.
