It says I need to confirm via email, I found the email in dpam, clicking the link does nothing. I really wonder if this app is a scam.

Colin Dash: I wish I could rate it lower! I paid for a visit into the congestion charge zone, via this app. It wasn't picked up by the tfl and I spent the better part of 2 months arguing with tfl that I had made a payment. The payment shows on my bank account but tfl say that they can't find the payment! No receipt was sent when purchased from the app. Rubbish! DO NOT USE!!!

Paul James: I don't think the problem is the app. The TFL online payment system does not work. I too had all these problems so I set up auto pay on their website from my PC, registered my credit card and got a confirmation email. When I travelled to London and checked that I had paid, my account had vanished and no payment taken from the card. I tried a reset using my email and they did not recognise it. (The same email I had the confirmation to.) I tried to pay manually but you need an account to do that and it would not allow me to create a new one.

Derek Saddington: Confusing app, should be a lot simpler. Why can't i just set it up so that if I go into the congestion charge zone it just charges my card and sends me a receipt? What's all this 'ten pounds per vehicle per year' stuff? Why should I have to pay extra to set up auto pay? Even with 'auto pay' there's still no way of telling if your vehicle has triggered the congestion charge until you get billed at the end of the month (well I assume that's how it works). Clunky government paid from-my-taxes app.

Tony Williamson: Easy to use. can also register upto 5 vehicles that you use. When are you also going to include the dartford bridge tolls? I have now revised the rating because having signed up for auto pay the app does not list in real time charged incurred and when they will be deducted from your account. you cannot accurately keep an eye on the costs until it is too late. The app has so many more opportunities to make of the app that are being missed
