D. Grimes: Less issue with app than the supporting equipment provided with it, other than the app has no obvious means to contact anyone beyond assigned therapist. Most obnoxious element, though, was update method. I set aside a busy time in day to do the program. Can I get started? No, I have to install an update to the motion trackers which takes about 15 minutes. Why the hell don't you notify me an update is needed so I can do it beforehand, or just install it if the equipment isn't being used?

Tom McCann: Sword Health provides an excellent physical and mental approach to pain management. Over the course of twelve weeks I have achieved my goal of reducing my lower back pain to the extent possible without prescription drugs or medical procedures. The exercises have markedly improved my back strength and range of motion. The monitoring program provided confidence that my movements were correct and that I was not harming myself. My therapist was always available. I highly recommend this program.
