Charie Turner: This app definitely needs a lot of work! It will freeze and not want to load which being a driver you can't complete the order unless you scan and take a picture... there's a lot that needs to be done about the app. It shouldn't be this complicated to do orders.. then drivers get bad scores when it's not even our fault! I could keep rambling but I just want the app to be good to use at all times. Update it and fix the bugs and stuff please.

Kevin Harper: Absolute Trash!! App is unstable. occasionally sends you to wrong addresses, assigns multiple orders to 1 driver or multiple drivers to 1 order. Crashes often. erases check in times. occasionally when you select an order it assigns you a different order. on top of that. Walmart has several loopholes to keep you from getting paid for orders you select. However, it is not a bad gig, just a bad app. needs more work from Walmart. it is normally easy to use. Easy to figure out.

ALIAS PROJECTS: The app has to many steps to complete at drop-off. The customer is probably wondering why I'm just standing there on my phone! Also, after clicking"left the store" after a shop and deliver, the app will load the same screen over and over, thinking I've paused each time. It will asj if I want to continue my delivery in progress. OF COURSE I DO!!! JUST LOAD THE NEXT PAGE!

Twain Leon: Too many issues with the app. It only works if you are connected to walmarts wifi. Will take 20 minutes to load after receiving the orders and you are at the home confirming the orders. Horrible app right now. The trips show available but after you pick it, its a total nightmare. A 10 minute drop turns into 30 minutes. Delete the app to reinstall to see maybe that may fix it but now I can't even get back into the app

James Spain: I really do everything I can. From communicating to high quality items. My other apps are nearly perfect ratings from the customer. Not spark though. I haven't even done a delivery for over two weeks and my rating just went down again! Serious problems in this whole process. Unlike some of the other drivers, I will not be using it again any time soon.

Catherine West: The app doesn't work half the time. When I'm doing a shop & deliver it doesn't give me an option to choose alternative items until you're almost finished. Then you have to go back to another area which causes you to be late. Sometimes the app takes you to the wrong address & if you call the customer for the right address, you can't do the scan. A few times I have went to pickup an order and once I got to the store, they said its not in the system.

Lee Ann Nixon: The app works well (most if the time). But I wish we had a way to contact the customer when we are waiting at the store. There is a "quick text" to select that the store is experiencing delays but the driver doesn't have access to it until we are leaving the store and we are in delivery mode. Also, the "show up" fee needs to be at least $5.00. Sometimes we drive several miles (and our time) to get to the store and it gets cancelled, or already sent out, etc. Worth more than $2.50. Thank you!

Timothy Osborn: There are numerous flaws in the app, but voicing our opinion really seems to fall on deaf ears. The drivers seems to take a lot of blame in the metrics for things that we have virtually no control over. We continue to use it because of the extra income, but get very frustrated at times with it. One plus is the flexible schedule. UPDATE: almost 2 months later and still no response from support. Still delivering, still minimal communication from support. Changing my rating from 3 stars to 2. SMH.

Zenetta Whitaker: Spark has been mentioning adding the instant pay feature for over a year. With every update we all think it's coming and it still doesn't happen. In addition to that, the route navigation needs improvement. I think the calculation methods are inaccurate. Please update with compensation for the drivers based off of their location when an order is accepted, not just from the store to delivery location. We are driving extra miles just to get to the pick up spot.

Jessie Ridgely: You can make some really good money doing this. I make roughly $25-30/hr (including tips). The downsides are that customers tip bait and remove their tips a lot, the GPS isn't accurate at all and sometimes the orders don't display properly so you can't see everything the customer ordered and it gets confusing. The app is very easy to use and it shows you how to do everything step by step. I've had issues with the branch wallet and nobody has been getting back to me about it.
