Piotr Gurgul: Unusable app written by someone who likely doesn't have a clue about Android development. On my S10+ it's even impossible to complete the most basic flow. Checkboxes aren't clickable, button states are all messed up, UI looks like a student project up but "100% Swiss". Desperately needs a PM, UX designer and a QA to prevent things like this like this from being published in Play Store.

Marco Marilli: What an awful app. Have been trying the whole day to order something and it keeps crushing. The whole app looks unstable and very basic. Nothing in comparison to the competition! Also considering delivery fees are much higher. Don't waste your time with this.

C. B.: Terrible search filters and search capabilities (I have to look for a restaurant and can't look for a type of dish), incredibly slow, delivery constantly delayed without updates, delivery fees way too high. Way underperforming compared to the competitors. I am deleting my account.

Plamen Hopchev: The app is nice. Provides an easy way to browse different restaurants and their menus. I like the possibility to repeat a previous order. The company is solid and reliable. Once I had an issue with erroneous double payment and with the help of the customer service it was resolved in my favor (had to write 2 emails and have some patience)

M. G.: The delivery service is good although the app does not reliably indicate the status of the order. Drivers are usually very professional. I'm giving a two star rating because of the poor customer service. The app interface can be confusing which has led me several times to validate an order by mistake. The issue is that you then have two options 1) call the customer support on which you are charged an outrageous 1chf/min or 2) use the online chat which never worked for me. Hope this get fixed

Berk Gercek: Very unpredictable delivery service. Sometimes arrives in 30 minutes, but very often delivery takes up to 2h or more. Customer service line is paid by the minute (1CHF per minute, which is insane), and they take at least 12h to respond to messages via their customer support form. The app is also very poorly designed.

Andrew Barrett-Sprot: Shows great promise, but I prefer uber eats/eat.ch [[Pros]] The app shows pictures for all restaurants, which is excellent. / Delivery drivers are much more well mannered and intelligent / Can deliver from further away / Customer service is quick [[Cons]] Orders are usually delayed by at least 15 minutes / It's too easy to accidentally order, I've done it twice now! / I received a 'free delivery' notification for a shop which was closed. / Sometimes lists closed restaurants as open.

R. Valle (Darkmoon): App is worse now than in its previous versions !!!! Takes ages to open ... Ages to order, and you' re lucky if I the food arrives with less than 35 minutes delay ...And when you need a quick intervention from the customer service, you need to pay 0.99 cents a minute for the call !!!!! Too bad, it was a good idea, but you' ve missed the goal.

A Google user: Expensive delivery fees. Way expensive. App is clunky and they send notifications of order status to you via email, creating a lot of spam. Too bad they have better restaurants than Uber eats, otherwise I'd have never used them. Still, I only use them when I feel I have money to throw down the drain in delivery fees.
