Julie D: Ever since last update I can't sign in. Been using this app for years, never had a problem before. I sent numerous emails to reset my password. But nothing comes through. I have missed the last 2 weeks to use the digital coupons. And not able to see sale items if I don't get the ad in the mail. I live 30 miles from nearest Smiths it's nice if I can use the app to shop. Making it worth the drive.

melanie brown: Quit making things worse! From one update to the next, the app flips back and forth between being able to add items directly to cart, and then next update it forces you to add everything to a list, THEN add to the cart. The add to list function is a redundant, time wasting step and I do not appreciate it. Please keep it so that we can add directly to cart... or at least give us the option to choose!!! But this back and forth is maddening

Sarah Harrison: Even years later the check out for pick up in the app still isn't working, makes something that's supposed to be convenient absolutely not. Customer Service's work around is to check out on the website. Why have a feature on the app if you're never going to make it work. Also coupons and cash back for items should show up on an item while you're looking at it, instead of making it secret and difficult to find.

Charity Perry: It is easy to find what I need. My biggest issue with online grocery shopping before was that I had to search item by item, so I was constantly forgetting things that normally you'd remember if you were walking down aisles. With this app you can browse by store area! You see it all and get what you need. You can also filter based on pickup or delivery, and you can even make notes about preferences. Love it.

Tammy Warnken: I love Smiths in general! But this app is so ridiculous! It is slow, it doesn't allow you to update when when the products are not available. It will continuously kick you out and never updates. I personally have had zero issue with ANY InstaCart drivers, all have gone above and beyond with checking in. But Smith's...please...fix this. I'm not going anywhere but it is frustrating

Jeff Hayes: The app seems ok but the backend systems are not linked. I tried and tried to link my Rx but keep getting errors. Then when they force you off the app to the website, that does not work properly. Then they force you to call. Well phone tech support is a lost art...hold and hold and when you think you are connected, nothing...all quite. It happened 3x. That's all it is takes to move on to somewhere else.

B: Horrible, glitches with no real support. I have placed several orders and all have been messed up. One even incorrectly claimed I had picked up my order immediately after placing it. This caused huge issues with actually picking up the order as the process is automated. I tried to call customer service but it was useless. A waist of time!

Joshua Dycus: It's bad. The coupons are purposefully hidden in favor of shoving a million undesirable features down your throat. This kind of design makes your app seem like it's desperate to justify its own existence. Like it really wants to be hip and cool for some reason. You're a grocery store app. Coupons, prescriptions, online ordering, and the shopping list feature are literally all you need. Everything else is a waste of time and resources.

A Google user: 12/5: My cart is back in the right spot. Still cant search products and coupons at the same time to compare. Once that is back i will update to 5 stars again. 11/30 : very very displeased with the new update. I cannot add items to the cart, it goes to "list". So I cannot do click list from my phone. I get no matching products available for coupons like before. I love shopping at Smith's, I LOVE using the app to do my shopping as I am never able to use my computer. Very disappointed and unhappy.

A Google user: I like this app to a fault. I often find things in my "cart" though I never added it. I absolutely hate the new "featured" items when searching for items because I'm not looking for hot pockets when I search for shrimp. I just want the things I'm looking for. The items aren't always on the right aisle and I wish there were a feature that would allow for suggesting the right aisle. I also wish I could customize what I see in the menu. The coupon sort feature doesn't get rid of clicklist coupons when I want it to. I also would like to be able to see used coupons so I can see what it is I purchased for say the free Friday two weeks ago. It also won't pull up items unless you put in the exact name for the item so if I'm not sure exactly what an item is, it won't show up. So I'd like to see more keywords with items. The app is very minimal and buggy. It can be useful but only sometimes.
