Max Wallace: Amazing game, and while the initial load times are annoying it's not that bad. I would've given it 5 stars if a recent pixel security update hadn't made the game crash every time it's out of focus and it hasn't been fixed in months. This absolutely ruins the game as it's hard to have a full hour long run on mobile without tabbing out of the app for whatever reason and when you do there's a 50/50 that the crash deletes your save progress :/

The map-oriented nature of it gives the feel of a dungeon crawler without the need for chunky hardware to support the gameplay of one. The repertoire of cards for each character create such beautiful combinations that really work to give the game a really nice combo-y feel to it. Absolutely love it to bits, super solid game.

Cristian Diaz: This game is ridiculously fun and well worth buying- on PC. If you want to play it on the go, your best bet is on Switch or Steam Deck. I say that as someone who hadn't played it before trying this mobile port and then subsequently sunk many hours into it within just a few days. This is a bad port. There are serious problems- you WILL crash most of the time that you switch apps, or even if you dare to let your phone's screen go to sleep. You'll likely lose progress or whole runs. Bad port.

Saving: The game saves in battles in the app will not shut down unless you close it. UI: I will admit that it took me about 20 minutes to get comfortable using the interface.

I just got a new Android phone and it's all gesture navigation and the trick of switching tabs to get the sync to not take hours to complete no longer works. The syncing data bug where it gets stuck has been in for years and they still haven't fixed it. Will rate 5 stars when they actually fix the biggest issue with the game. (By the way, it's just a port, go get it on PC) This is one of my all time favorite games and this bug has me sad.

If you have a saved game in the middle of a run, open to the main menu without loading your run and then go to another app and come back your run is gone. Certainly room to improve the UI, especially when just trying to view cards in your hand since it tried to play them when you want to use a different card. But when it doesn't work, which is most of the time, it's awful. The game won't even boot up half the time. I have a brand new Google Pixel 6 Pro phone and no other apps give me trouble, but this one upon booting up will most of the time lock up my phone for a good minute then crash. It needs to be fixed. Period.
