Dragon: The Sesh ANC ear buds break constantly, & you can only return them for repairs once. Got a pair, one of them didn't work, and after getting them repaired, a week later the right one has almost no sound. Everytime I press the right button, it makes an extremely loud sound. I bought a new pair, but those also broke in a few days, one of them lost it's sound mesh. I can see why they were so cheap.

Mike: Last time I deal with Skullcandy. First set of earbuds dead within a year. Hastle to replace, finally got a new "higher end" set. Still nothing but problems, disconnects, etc all the while they want every bit of info they can get out of you like your GPS location etc just to use the skullcandy app to figure out why one bud keeps disconnecting.

Kevin Flesner: I cannot connect my Dime-Blacks to the app. They show up as a device I can connect to, but even when they are connected to my phone through bluetooth, they show up as not connected. After clicking the add a device button, you can choose from devices you own. The Dime 2 is listed but I do not own the Dime 2 earbuds. I have tried connecting to multiple devices on the list to see if anything would work and nothing happens.

Joshua Brannen: I have a pair of the skullcandy crusher wireless model S6CRE-K590 and I recently just downloaded the app. I am unable to pair these specific headphones to the app. No matter if I select the EVO, ANC, or RIFF Wireless option (which is the only three to choose from in the selection for headphones) nothing works. I've checked the Bluetooth and location feature and both have permissions.

tom dama: The instructions are bad off and very frustrating , even deleted the app because I had same problems like every one here with the connection and disconnecting factor. Installed it again and finally got lucky and everything work after 8 tries. I have the skullcandy push active ear buds excellent choice for sure. The equalizer on the app is day and night *love it* crystal clear and louder, all the other options on app work like they should even my product registration went smoothly.

Rachel Sorensen: This app undermines the performance of the earbuds. When the app closes or loses connection to the earbuds, the sound becomes garbled and gargley. Whatever I am listening to at the time is unrecognizable and truly awful to listen to. I am keeping the app just until i have all the buttons, tap, hold, command memorized. *I love my Skullcandy earbuds, this review does NOT reflect my experience with my earbuds.*

Bad Harmonics: Man ... Really disappointed, I've bought Skullcandys since the OG corded fmj first came out. The app rarely connects to the headphones, how is that? They are literally synced to the blue tooth , but at the same time, the app can't find them? This would be somewhat acceptable if the app didn't Have to re-establish connection EVERY SINGLE TIME you click on it, even if left open in the background. This renders the entire tile function completely useless, and just more apps to bog down my phone.

Brynn Rae: I have tried to use this app many times with both Crusher Evo and Jib True. First it wouldn't connect to my devices, and still won't most of the time. When it does connect, my audio is not optimized, but instead goes in and out as if the headphones are struggling to connect, as if I am too far from my devices. This was the second time I had downloaded the app, and it just never works right. Please fix it friends.

Greg Cox: I had high hopes for the assistant interface to my Push Active earbuds. Unfortunately, the voice control randomly turns off despite the recommendation of closing everything else down and keeping the app in the foreground. I hope this problem is actively being addressed. The earbuds are great, but I feel like I paid extra for a feature that doesn't work.

Violet Shreve: Really bad UX. I think my Hesh Evo headphones aren't compatible, but the app won't say whether they are or not. It recognizes them by name, but literally won't do anything else with them. Add a New Device > Available Devices includes them, but "not connected". When I select a device, I get booted back to the empty "my devices" screen. Something's not working, but the app won't tell me what.
