Kendall: wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option. only positive is that they accept foreign card and paypal otherwise dont bother. App seems to be made for tourists you have to confirm your address with livechat with a real person, they thought I was in a hotel when I was not. they asked me to draw a circle of my location on a screenshot of a map when my address was already in the app. you have about 10 minutes to send your location to live chat before your order is cancelled and refunded.

aml69fl: Can't even enter address. App crashes every single time address input is attempted. Waste of time

Joe King: The app keeps crashing when I input an address. On both of my phones. Unusable.

Tuesday Wang: The app is a bit buggy with the address/map. So use the website to order and then the app to communicate via Live chat with their customer service. Their fantastic customer service is prompt and user friendly so it's still relatively convenient to use.

Antara Tripathi: The most loveliest customer service I've ever encountered in my lifetime. They are extremely kind, help you out with perfect solutions, and generous! It is fantastic, the responses!! I had so many issues because of my card; however, these guys couldn't be nicer in helping me out. Everything is in English, and you can easily navigate throughout. Fast service!! I absolutely love it. Completely recommended to use :)

Samuel Santoyo: Good options for delivery and has vast English options compared to other apps, only downside is it requires phone input for delivery service and if the app does not let you enter your phone number for whatever reason. Your order WILL get canceled and they won't say why until you contact customer service. It seems extremely ridiculous that I have to confirm my address with them when I am the one that put my current location in the first place. I see this as a huge flaw in their delivery service

Jonathan Reinhart: To many times they cancel the order after payment. Really hate that if that happens for whatever kind of reason. After service then is also low besides the app sends unasked stupid messages. Way to much focussed on the market less focussed on a good (after) service. Only good thing are their drivers but that would be more likely because of them then because of Shuttle.

Kalani LeeTom: This was my first time ordering from the app and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was quick. The app is very user friendly and it gives you a variety of restaurant options, as well as payment options. I would 1000% recommend this app to my friends. Thank you. It's Feb 2, 2021 and I'm still pleased with the app. It's convenience is unmatched and due, in part, to being one of the only delivery apps in all English. New restaurants seem to be added weekly as well.

A Google user: I spent a half hour just trying to enter my delivery location as Osan Air base and it never worked. When I clicked on the button that uses your GPS to determine my location, it kept saying I was in Seoul. Whenever I entered it manually, it just said it was unable to find the location, even though it would say in print that it was one of the only places it delivered to. Not sure how it worked so splendidly for everyone else. #SendHelp
