Chantel Blackmore: I worked at a restaurant that uses this app and from my experience with that I found that it doesn't help at all with social distancing......the main reason the app was developed was so that it would make it easier for restaurant owners to steal tips from their employees....... I would give it zero Stars if I could

JonAmon 52: Never let me register to log in!!!! Went to a new restaurant and they only use roovy so we were not able to order!!! So disappointing that we couldn't support a small business due to an incompetent app!!!?

Travis: The app is a clever idea but it sure takes a waiter out of the scene. Even if you go inside you must use your phone to order, pay and tip. Fortunately you can also review the whole experience that way, too. It was an employee, Ryan, who saved the day at Millie's. It seems his main occupation is to smooth things over with people dealing with the app. He went to the kitchen to be sure the sides we wanted were put on the order. No cashier. But many like the concept. Orders come right out.

Mark Van Wagoner: It fails in every way. Can not scan a credit card. Cannot search menu items. Cannot reorder properly. The staff at the restaurant hates it. Horrible implementation.

Kevin Moore: Have to scan credit card which it didn't want to do, manually entered it then it but do to fraud concerns my bank would not let transaction go through. QR code to start install doesn't work you have to search playstore to install it. Because of this app you can't talk to wait staff about the menu as they don't come around you have to go find someone.

Tori: Went to a concert during Covid-19 (9/25/20) who only let us order through this app. Ended up missing one shirt that was later brought to us in a different color, it's been almost 2.5 hours and we never got the both sodas and one beer that we ordered, also still haven't brought two of our food orders... And none of the people delivering know what is happening. $26 of missing merchandise. Don't do it.

bert stegent: Terrible, no in the restaurant could help me and the app would not work I had to go to another place where I dont use this app. They should figure this out cause I'm not sitting in there while I told to keep updating my phone.

James Holmes: DO NOT DOWNLOAD! They refuse to allow you to delete your account and remove your information from their servers. Not even your credit card. They will hold your information hostage even if you ask to have it deleted. I'll be reaching out to the attorney general to see if this is even legal. Didn't even want to download in the first place. I wanted to try a food truck, but the only way order and pay was through this app. Wasn't worth it. If a restaurant only takes this app go somewhere else!

David Irabor: The app is easy to understand. There are photographs that help me see the meal before I get them on my table. Contactless too! Exactly what I need in this COVID times.

Joel Wheeler: Worst food app ever! Everytime I go to lava Cantina I have to uninstall, reinstall, shut my phone down, then update and restart to order food. 45 MIN LATER, STILL DOESN'T WORK! I would expect Lava to do a better job of vetting their setvice apps. Poor effort on both parties...If you want to order anything, Don't go!!! Staff is still awesome as always! Thanks you to them!
