Lucas Friend: This app is probably the worst food app I've ever seen. It is confusing and very poorly designed! Unless you order items exactly as they are offered on the menu (no customization at all) you will likely have a problem, and even then you will likely have problems! It's so bad, in fact, that I've never been able to place an order with it! I wish QDOBA would start over from scratch with this app because I order food from there at least 1x/week. I'd definittely do it more if the app worked well!

Matthew balmer: The slowest populating app on my phone. No matter if I'm on Wi-Fi in store or out of store. It takes 3 to 5 min to to access my account barcode to scan at the register. I have basically stopped using it and stopped eating at your locations as the rewards are the best part of the company. 9 out of 10 tries it doesn't even load up. And adding a receipt from a visit doesn't work at all.

Nathan Park: The app is still terrible... When ordering it's unclear that the confirmation page to add an item to the basket isn't just asking you for the protein option again, and if you click something there you're booted back to the previous page with defaults. You're also restricted to certain options even in custom items - you must pick a protein, or fajita veggies even if you don't want them. Technical issues as well, frequently crashes especially if you interact with past orders.

Josh Campbell: Worked well until a month or two ago. Now it won't open with a message saying it cannot run on a rooted device. My device has never nor will be rooted. Brought to Qdoba attention but they just blew me off after multiple explanations and even screenshots. No new apps or any other changes were made to my phone to cause this issue. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times to effect. Still won't run. I used to order weekly but now I don't bother. Chipotle app works fine.

A Google user: Smooth interface and worked with local store seemlessly. Options are very constrictive compared to ordering in the store. Consider the subway app that lets you specify, light/normal/heavy per ingredient. I was ordering for 6 people so the app was still very convenient. But if it's just me, I'll skip the app and order in store to get better customization.

A Google user: Old app worked great but the one one doesn't work at all. Locks up too much and takes several minutes for a screen to load. Plus when I scanned the code at the restaurant it didn't give me my discount. Did you even test the app and new system before you rolled it out? The best part is the feedback section of the app doesn't load. Way to go Qdoba.
