Dominik Tarcsay: The inability to switch between languages has been a problem for months now. Taking your package requires a dozen screenshots, all translated with some app - just to know what to press. How is this app still considered operational?

Béla Ságodi: The app is really really difficult to be trusted as it is very buggy, has language issues and I know nothing about the company and people behind it, consequently as a customer I will definitely not provide my credit card details to them, so overall this app causes financial harm to the shops using this service for shipping products. Very hard for me to understand why anyone is using this.

Anna Bajnok: It is mandatory to use the app but the app is only available in Chech, it jumps back no matter how many times I set it to Hungarian. This is completely unusable like this.

Barbara Horváth: I wanted to use Packeta but from the website I can't initiate a package registration, it forces me to use the app. Well, the app is ONLY in CZECH language (????). No English, No Hungarian (then why do you have a hungarian website or why do you offer your services in Hungary??). I mean it's 2022, at least English would be nice!!!! I can't use your services because I have no idea what is written in the App. Why can't be done the registration from the website??? Where is the logic here? ?
