Cara isla bonita: The 2 stars are for the quality programs. ZERO stars for reliability & efficiency. How can anything connected to the NBC/Universal brand be as & lo-tech as uncle Buck's homemade app? BUFFERING?!? That is soooo 1999! It takes up to 3 HOURS to watch a 45 min video--when I have time, so I only watch ¼, ½¾ of the way & rarely see the end of shows. It's ½ as bad with the NBC app. Those in charge should be ashamed. Unbecoming of an otherwise, superior brand. FIX IT!

Shannon: App keeps stopping, won't even completely load. Problems started a couple weeks ago, prior to that it would randomly stop working but now I can't even select a show before the app stops. It was always annoying how many ads you have to watch and sometimes the sound would we wayyyy off but lately it's so much worse. I've tried uninstalling but nothing helps.

Heather Pilson: What's going on with this App? Videos do not play at all, not one show! It acts as if the video is loading and that's it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. The app was updated on 6/25 so there must be some sort of glitch. I contacted customer service and haven't gotten any correspondence. Please fix the issue so I, and others, can continue watching our shows!

Dawn Farias: I loved this app. I never had any problems with it until recently. Some of the shows wont load or when they do finally load some of the episodes HAVE NO SOUND!!! its extremely frustrating!! Please fix this issue. Once fixed i will rate it higher. Very disappointed right now

Martin Montier: This app is a good app but it only has limited episodes of past television shows. But it does give you an opportunity to watch all the new and current episodes of TV shows. One drawback is when you try to watch live TV it gives you a hard time sometimes playing live TV and it's slow doing so.

Amy Chaffin: Install on Android, linked my cable provider, can watch shows that I have missed, all good. If I am watching a show and leave the app, and go back in to watch the same show, I can't, it tells me I am not authorized and I have to restart my phone to get out of it. Sorry, first time I thought it was an error but second and third time. I'm done dealing with it. Uninstalled. Thanks though.

Pia: Too bad this app uses the same framework as USA Network, both owned by NBC Universal. Same layout. Same Live TV feature. Same "Buffering". Same "Loading". Same "Not Available". Live TV stream goes less than 3 minutes before "Buffering" happens. "Buffering" happens a 2nd or 3rd time, the "Not Available". Makes for a least watchable experience. Anyone think that 5G is going to resolve this Loading->Buffering->Not Available? Think again.

Bonnie Grothe: This app is incredibly annoying! Everytime you start getting into a show a message pops up saying the video no longer exists. Like what??? I was just watching it, yet the commercials come in perfectly and in order to watch a show you see them 17 thousand times! Fix the glitches!!! Uninstalling this soon if it doesn't get better ?

Lauren Miller: Every time I want to watch something on this app, I have to clear the data, then open it back up and sign back in with my cable provider. Even if I'm watching something and accidentally click off of it, I have to do the whole thing all over again. If not, it'll keep stopping and closing itself. It's incredibly frustrating because its my favorite channel and I watch it every day. This has been happening for a few months now. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!

Alison White: I would love this app were it not for bugs. Every time I try to use it I get a message stating 'unfortunately Oxygen has stopped'!!! Every. Single. Time. Not to mention, IF!!! I happen to be able to open and play videos, I'll get about 1-2 commercials in, then buffering, then the video friggin restarts. Of course at that point you have to watch all those commercials AGAIN to get to where you were forced to leave off...Ugh... I will say that Oxygen has waaaaayy better quality content than the original investigation network- not many cheesy reenactments which is refreshing. I'm really stoked they have revamped and are now a true crime channel (ID is awful now- like watching CSI Miami and worse). I just wish I could watch the shows I love... Pretty friggin disappointed.
