Antti-Kristian: Otherwise works fine for most uses, but please fix your number keyboard. It ignores keypresses up to one second after pressing another key, which makes typing fast just impossible. I often need to input my passcode several times because it keeps missing numbers. It's the only app doing this.

Paul Madeley: Wasted time every use. Every site requires a bank confirmation. Most confirmations get hung up or lose the connection leaving to order suspended or cancelled. I've missed course registrations due to this. Finnish quality on display here.

Alex Katz: Overall, OP netbanking is raw and gimmicky. For most of the things you have to call/contact suport. Even basics like ordering/cancelling a card/account can't be done in the app/website. It's very sad. Example: I wrote a huge message to support and when I clicked "send" the app said that I'm logged out and deleted my message. Never trust OP. Terrible software. They have a lot of money but make 0 efford. The website is also broken. Just choose smaller banks that do care about customers

Okpo Eke: The user experience has been solid so far after years of use, but in the past 3-4 weeks the app has repeatedly reset fingerprint unlocking. It works fine for a a day or two, but suddenly upon login there will be a pop-up saying something has been changed in the phone's fingerprint settings (there hasn't been a change) and the app has to reset the setting. Quite annoying, although a minor inconvenience. Would be nice if this could get looked at.

A Google user: In general good banking app, lets you do the basic transactions, also in English. I haven't had any issues whatsoever. It would be 5 stars if it had more functionalities which exist only in the web version (no English there unfortunately) and if it supported NFC payments. All in all, however, glad to use the app.
