Laura Vacek: I can't even install this app on my phone. AppFolio says "install on other devices" but it doesn't show on the first one! The apartment that I lived in for only a few months got sold again. Now both the owners and the "management" company are incommunicado. They make you do everything online. They say if your paper check is postmarked early enough, they won't consider it late---then charge $75 because it's "late". Ridiculous. If the postman forgot the outgoing box, that's my fault.

Ice been trying to log on and change my password but it keeps sending me the email giving me instructions on how to get to the spot to change it and won't send me the email to change it. I tried to set up a new account and it tells me my old one is still active so that's not the issue. I've reached out to both the app support and my housing company with no answers on either end...

Amanda Flores: The app is decent, however, everytime I try to make a one-time payment and choose not to save my bank information - it does. This has caused over draft and late fees to occur because it replaced my permanent payment method with one that was meant to be temporary. Is it possible to offer the option to save multiple bank accounts and nickname them?

Shawn Jones: Garbage. Failed to show the payment went through. The app just went back to the main screen so I tried again and 2 hours later I got a email stating the first payment went through. Had to move money into another account to keep from being charged twice. Definitely don't want to pay in advance to my slum lord landlords.

A Google user: This app works but its lacking payment options that many other applications and Realtors accept like Paypal, Google Wallet, and many others where you don't have to provide sensitive information like your bank account number. You can set up automatic payments with any of these. Why do you charge a $21 convience fee to use my bank's Visa debit card or have a way that I can set my card up for auto payments with no extra charge? I've never had to pay more than $5 for a bill pay fee.
