Mark M: The app works fine. No problems moving money around. What bothers me is that every time they do an update the app forgets who I am and I have to re-enter my info, and since I usually don't remember my username (or care to, that's why there's a "Remember Me" button) I have to go through a bunch of inconveniences to access my account. Really a pain when I'm in a hurry. Stop forgetting who I am or I'll move to a company who cares!!!

M. E.: Barely functional at all, many crashes, not letting me transfer money because it doesn't feel like it, making me sign in over and over again, telling me the fingerprint sensor is enabled, I try using it, and then it signs me right back out. What a joke.

carlos covarrubias: Great for getting money quick but.. No routing number to pay bills, only for direct deposit. App takes forever to sign in. I have to put in my fingerprint multiple times before it goes. The card isnt compatible with zelle. And some providers don't accept the card as a valid card. At least not to sunbit, where i tried paying my credit card. I would give better rating if most issues get fixed

Vladimator: I've done my homework before downloading this app and opening an account with Wisely of course, and i haven't run into any sort of issues that many folks have encountered themselves, and written about in their reviews!! I'm very happy and satisfied with myWisely, and i do recommend it to anyone. I've started using its services on March 17th of this year, and no issues whatsoever! NONE...

lance: The App does not work on Android. Fix the fingerprint already. It does not load on my mobile device. Will not load 9 out of 10 times. I've called support and emailed. Nothing returned. Talked to support again today, they are completely unaware of the issue and would not listen when trying to explain that its obviously happening to multiple peoples devices.

Pepper Peppers: The app was great, but recently the rainy day option isnt showing and I can not access the money unless I log into the website on my computer. If I'm at the store and I need to transfer the money, I'm completely out of luck. Not only that, but when I go to the recommended atm's, I always get charged a fee and can never pull out more than $500 a day. Doesnt help when I have to pull out more for my portion of rent and im getting charged nearly $10 extra to do so.

Two Ton: ADP pay now MyWisely. Nothing has changed. Their servers are always having issues. In the four years ive been with them the app (including right now) AND WEBSITE have downtime every time I need to use it. Not an app problem it's the whole company is built on a shoestring. Also you find out transfering money to your card via bank wire just doesn't work as they say, banks won't accept the routing and checking number.

Anne Faavesi Tyrrell: This app deserves 0 stars but I have to choose this in order to submit. I am so upset but then again it is free so its to be expected. However, calling customer service and speaking to a representative is impossible. They ask you to visit the website and all questions can be answered from there. This information is incorrect. My card is locked and I am not able to use it the app or automated system to fix this issue. I've edited my alerts, settings, and personal information. The app does not show how to set your card status.

Balto the Wolf: Literally can't log in. I had trouble with the adp solutions app as well. I thought this one looked nicer and would work better. But I click log in and nothing happens. I already signed up with card email and username... I'll change this review once the app actually works. I'm glad I activated texts or I would have to call my card to check the balance... EDIT: So I reinstalled and now I can log in. Keeping the previous text there to help anyone else app works and looks very nice

Duane Kisto: This app tends to not work daily. It will not let you input your password and you cannot get into it to check your balance, charges, etc. While it does offer more features, what good are those if you can't use them? I was happier with the aline card app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still lazy.
