Gerry In Toronto: Finally an improvement. The Canadian version finally allows the user to set up map location, POIs and destinations to be downloaded directly to the navigation system. No issues with biometric log in or functionality. It works every time on my Samsung S9.

nolan: App works well. We're going to get a key fob starter once our subscription runs out though. The app opens excruciatingly slow and my wife and I find it very annoying

Kyle Grose: Works great as a remote start and accessing some information about the vehicle. However I received a recall notice by mail and the dealer also confirmed, and it doesn't show up in the app. This should be showing up as soon as a recall is released.

Noel Francisco: App is not consistent, freezes a lot with the endless rotating ball. Cannot get auto sign-in to work. When it does work, though, it is very good.

Mindy Doutaz: Frustrating app. Wont remeber username or password. Consistently isnt available and doesnt work. What is the point of having an app to start your new car if it doesnt even work? Dont bother with downloading this until subaru can figure out how to make the system work more efficiently.

Patrick Leprohon: The remote starter needs to be more stable. It works maybe 60-70% of the time. It is the main feature and needs to be stable if you intend on turning this into a subscription...

Kevin Lewis: Frustrating experience. Rarely recognizes login. When it asks repeatedly to re-enter the VIN and then indicates not valid. Email is also occasionally not valid. When I do get in the info is not usually up to date.
