Bryn Fryn: 5 days and still can not get account set up, keep asking for the same things over and over again, waited 4 days for a reply to my first email I sent them and still no reply. My worry now is they have all info to clone me. I have gone with Sumup joined in 10 mins.. in reply to your reply. You really don't read what people put do you? You called me Alan! Where did that come from? Its been another 4 days since my post, I have emailed you 3 more times, I get the auto email back and then nothing.

Chris BH: Crazy stupid amount of paperwork before going live. The terminal itself is an excellent price and the software on the app is very good and easy to use but the amount of things they asked you for "anti money laundering" are ridiculous. I've got an account with square and they just needed proof of Company and address. My pos wanted, proof of tenancy, business cards or paperwork, utr which is a tax number issued once your register as self employed or as a company, utility bills, passport, address!

Tony Webb: My current issue is that I have now uploaded valid ID documents 3 times. No reply to say if ok The report lost stolen card number did not work in Finland. You can not contact mypos through the app. I had to wait until I got home to get info to contact them. In the meantime nearly 100? had been taken from my account. Unable to contact their customer services on a Sunday 2 X 30 minute wait with no answer. Call cut off. App is ok but when things go wrong it becomes mission impossible to resolve
