David Teslow: The app is great. I have several medical issues and the app is most helpful with my total care. Lab results, appointments, physicians, ect. are accessable via the app.

Stephen Rosenmeier: Designed by people who never have to schedule a visit to the Doc. Unwieldy, forcing answers to pre-set questions into pre-set boxes. Frustrating every time I try it. But it's either use the very frustrating app, or stay on hold for an hour while waiting to speak with a human. Terrible.

Hammer Ton: It's serves my needs pretty well; which include scheduling lab appointments regularly. I've had no issues accessing test results, my RX, etc. Not as fully comprehensive as the website, but I don't need it to be. Works well for how I use it.

Harvest Eidbo: The app is about as poorly designed as possible while still being functional. Viewing lab results is about the only thing that is convenient but making appointments is hard and contacting your doctor is impossible through the app. Being able to chose your doctor in the app is completely pointless I'm going to the same doctor that already knows me and if I need to see anyone ASAP regardless if they are my primary doctor there is no way to select for this. Only use it because I have no choice.

Mike M (Bufford T Justice): I miss the Allina app (mychart?) Its way better than this app. Did they move development in house? If do they have a lot of work to do in user interface. It's a struggle trying to find any doctor in searches to make an apointment, even my own! I also can't see all info available for test results or notes from my visits. I end up having to go to the web page. Apparently healthpartners used to have a good app per other reviews(mychart) but this one is terrible. App still terrible

Sherry Felt: The online HP works great but the phone app? Worthless!! Always technical difficulties or misinformation. It's not good at all. They don't let you request refills through the app OR online either. When it was just the Park Nicollet app you could. AND was SO much better!

Justin R: The app just straight up does not work. I can't schedule an appointment, I can't find my doctor, any time I'm even somehow able to finally get the appointment scheduling to work it doesn't even matter because it encounters an error before I can even complete it and I'm back at square one. This app is totally useless.

feral kitten: Awful, they should have stuck with MyChart. I cannot find a way to contact my doctor in this app. Instead of one app for all my medical information I now need one for Health Partners and subsidiaries. This segmenting is unnecessary. Lost a lot of features. Interface also seems to focus more on form over function. Do not recommend, but no alternative since you cant use their MyChart anymore.

A Google user: Works well for the most part. It makes it more convenient to view messages from the "inbox" or to look at test results, which is pretty handy. One issue I did run into is that when I tried scheduling an office visit with my PCP, I got a "json status: Error" message. I have to use the website instead to schedule.

A Google user: App frequently does not load and often reloads to the login screen once through the initial login. There is no way to view documents from within the app, it just downloads them without opening them. At this point, it's less useful than just using a web browser and going the the HP website.
