AWV 2 CJ: This service so far has been appalling, paid my subscription on the 1st Oct, Rica'ed by the 2nd Oct. On the browser it said my SIM is active but when I put it in there's nothing. Tried calling support on the 3rd Oct stood on hold music for 7min in two calls and still didn't get an operator, downloaded the rain app and everytime I try to login it shows an error message that something went wrong, tried checking my account on web and SIM card status still says queued for Rica and account tab shows

Evelyn Rose Jenzer: As far as my account goes. To get hold of Rain is near impossible. To use my app. I cannot even get onto it. My payments are supposed to go off on the 1st of every month. Today is the 3rd of October. No payment has been taken off. The fluctuation of 5g that I am paying at R699 per month is not worth it. I will be shopping around for something better.

Pieter Fourie: Absolutely the worst customer care service imaginable! Having endless connectivity issues which should be simple to resolve, but Rain's customer care department is hopelessly unprepared and untrained to deal with customers. The App cannot find my address despite trying to enter details manually & there's no way to get a support ticket reference through the App. Customer service dont respond wrt addressing issues. Lastly, been stuck with no signal for 4 days already - faulty tower again

Steven Botha: Thank you, all has been sorted out, rain now works perfect, it was a bit of a problem as we were connected to the wrong tower, but thankfully Numbi sorted it out for us. Mush apprresiated. All divices connect and all divises work perfect. Thank you.

Moratiwa Mashala: I would not recommend anyone to get rain, for daily use. The complaints you hear about rain being good for the first 3 months and then afterwards it doesn't work. I want cancel it I'm finding it hard to even get their helpline.

My network has never been stable since and it was not helping when I have to submit my online varsity assignments. I am actually checking again if have they made any improvements now, if not I'm gone forever because I'm paying for nothing then... I will not recommend anyone to them if the same problem still exists

Siyabonga Zondi: Would not recommend. The internet speed is appallingly slow and it's near impossible to have more than one device connected and have it work effectively. R479 is a bargain however there are much better deals to be had at that price. Check your usage and find a data plan with higher speed that will cover that. "Uncapped" at extremely slow speed is not worth it at all.
