Carl van der Merwe: Hi, its a good app fo far although renaming zones could be improved. I have multiple units registered through one receiver but the slerts only chow the relievers name. Please could you also advise on how to see the notification history? I see them pop up on my cell but don't see an option for those in the apps history? it's also not shown in the general notification list.

Carika Smith: Very convenient and user friendly. Only issues are that it sometimes takes long to update and the app doesn't always work well when far from home. When there is no electricity connecting to the app is also problematic.

Claudia Dreyer: App updated yesterday... USELESS. Struggles to arm, disarm, refresh, I don't get notifications and keeps telling me there's no network. And there is an error 303. Noting like this happened before the update. It's very difficult to disappointing.

Theo van Niekerk: Very problematic app. Keep getting errors when trying to access my alarm panel. Out of the three alarm apps I use this is by far the most unreliable. When it comes to security reliability is key.

Malcolm Brits: Continues issues where it keeps on saying the panel took to long to respond or server connection failed. It's very slow and sluggish and takes several connection attempts to finally arm your alarm. Why does this need to investigated if it's a general problem??? Very disappointed

A Google user: Updates received are on average 40 minutes delayed and this is not due to cell network issues. Even in close proximity to the system and having a fast internet speed. App does not display exit delays. I can't believe I am paying extra for this app.

A Google user: When I first set up my Falcon global, I accidentally set it to the wrong device type. This ment I could not arm/disarm my alarm from the app and I did not know why. It was only later that I realised this was because I selected the wrong device type. So I went to the app to unlink my device and relink it using the correct device type, but the app said that a unknown error occurred. I have tried on the beta and normal versions. I've also sent an email about this issue explaining it in more detail.

A Google user: App seems a bit basic, functionality is ok I suppose. Maybe an indication if the alarm is on or off...? And you need to refresh the app every time you do something. But cool functionality overall needs a bit more development.

A Google user: have been trying for a week to activate/arm my alarm but my phone just keeps showing system disarmed. I can bypass zones and UNbypass zones but still no chamge to the system. have logged out and in again checked all I could on my phone. really upset as I cant arm my home. don't know why I have the system installed if its giving me so much issues and not much info to resolve such a basic problem.

A Google user: The notification needs some work. Previously when on multiple device if you activated the alarm a notification would pop on the other device and this feature is now gone so now you would need to log in every time and check if its locked or unlocked. That was great feature and part of the choice of using it.
