abhishek sahu: worst app..i have a corporate user login. both app and website functionality is broken. The app doesn't allow to upload doc related to bank. The claim section always seems to have message displayed as 'we are currently having technical issue'. The website 'contact us' form doesn't work and their contact number is not updated on website. I got a customer care number from colleague which was nowhere present on their website or app. Website doesn't even allow me to add my name in bank details area.

Bipin Bopanna: Worst app, dosent even deserve 1 star. Unable to link corporate account and cant even reimburse anything.. whenever I try uploading bills it's will popup a message stating "Oops an unexpected error occurred please try again in a little while" trying to upload a bill from past 1 week, everytime I upload this error message will show up.

It's been 2 weeks what are you guys doing. Terrible experience. My ticket number is 4363050. Don't ask me to mail you support. I have already done that couple of times before coming here. What are you people doing. You closed my ticket without the issue being resolved . You haven't resolved my issue

Bala K: Why does the app require access to so many permissions on the phone which are not necessary. Collecting whole lot of health information including activity. No option to select or not agree. Users are forced to agree to share data. Extensive data collection looks suspicious.

Nagurbi Shaik: I was trying to talk to a doctor since half an hour the message itself is not getting sent. This is supposed to be a medical app. You should check the basic features before rolling out the new version. Bugs and crashes are fine. But messaging is basic feature. How can you mess that up.

Abhishek Sharma: Had a great experience with docsapp but ever since it's merged with medibuddy, it has severely dropped it's services. I am a gold member yet I face multiple issues, from doctors not responding without calling the support to app glitches. This is my last year of subscription with this app, aftet this I am definitely shifting to some other platform.

Very gentle, patient and compassionate especially with elderly people. His sample collection technique was fantastic. patient experience less pain and was very caring. Thanks Medibuddy

Hrishi Gore: The experience is too bad.. this is completely useless app. Product/medicines description is very short and insufficient. Most importantly the products are out of stock all the time. Delivery is also very very late.. go for other options but not this app at all

shikha kumari: Waste app, after recent update, u can't select the date for lab test. They have worst technical team. Other issues are if u upload pdf then doctor can't see it from their end, they asked to upload in jpg format. There are several other issues but I don't want to waste my time with this anymore.
