They said that my email was confirmed but I continued to have issues with the app and this was before having any access to the account that I was approved for. The negative reviews are true

I sent some money for an emergency to family member and they promised the money will be received in 24hrs it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't delivered the money. They have the worst customer service too plus I requested a cancellation and a refund of course because it's taking way too long they still haven't gotten back to me or refunded me my money please don't ever use the app or their services they're a scam

Jennifer Gamble: Majority will take money from your external accounts even after you have unlinked them and cancelled your membership. I cancelled my membership several days before the renewal date and i unlinked my external bank account and they still took $5 from my external bank account. It may only be $5 but they had no right to take it and i will be disputing the charge through my bank (that charges NO monthly fees).

Their service is superb with zero service fee and still sometimes pay additional percentage on your transaction to make them more competitive and have advantages over other. They charge $5 monthly fee but make provision for one to gain much more than the $5 monthly fee.

Jessica Howard: I downloaded the app, got approved, tried to fund it and the app said there was a problem and to contact support. I have money in my bank. There should be no issue. So I contact support and they tell me that I can't find it using a bank account. Ummm.... What?? It clearly has the option in the app and my friend was able to find hers. I've been trying to get them to fix it for almost a week now. Let's see if they fix it after this review. SMH. I'll gladly change my rating if it's fixed today.

Ken Damien: App is not reliable anymore. Accounts closes up and no solution, so you have to request a refund form to get your money on your account back because they can't fix the issue. Good customer service but bad business mentality from the owners..

Paul Lash: The bank has been so far so good to me. They reward loyalty. The only concern I have is the cap of $300.00 deposit for you to get back your deposit charge of $3.95. What if you don't have that much money, it means you are always stocked with the $3.95 deposit charge. They need to fix this. Overall, I like the bank.
