I've been paying $7 a month for this feature and 85% of the my credit hasn't moved. the other 15% of the time it has gone down in points as much as it has gone up in points. maybe that is how credit progress works, but it seems strung out.

william Gagne: My funds disappeared. I tried to transfer money from saving account to main account. I got an error message saying there was a connection problem. I restarted the app. When I logged back in, my main account had less money in it and my savings withdrawal still went through. No transaction is showing up on my history. I have no way of knowing where my money went, and the math don't add up. Support don't answer 48h later. They refuse to provide a full balance history.

cruz Campbell: Koho card is only good for the cash back, everything else they advertise does not work. Credit building have been doing it for almost a year and barely got 16 points. Doesn't matter if you have utilization set to zero or 75 nothing happens to your score. I've tried numerous times to withdraw the money that was on credit and it only worked one time, but I lost points even though I paid it back before pay date. Nothing special about the card etransfers take hours. I wouldn't recommend this app

The only reason for losing a star is the amount of time it took to talk to someone in customer service when my card was charged for something I did not authorize, among other times I've tried to speak with them and gave up on waiting. Once I spoke with customer service they were great though.

Dj Atmosphere: Only had 1 issue with them regarding my payouts of round-up savings. While this was never fixed by support the amount was below $10 and ive let it go since. The issue seems to have been fixed however as i have not had anymore problems since. In 9 months, I've had no other issue loading up and spending an average of $400/month. Overall a reliable online bank, but customer service really really really needs to improve.

The other awesome feature is the available line of credit (you never use) that is used to boost your credit rating, at either $42 flat, or $7 per month, for 6 months. You can sign up as often as you like. It's all about ease of use, ease of up or down grade (free to premium version). Fantastic!! Friend referral means you BOTH get $20. Wonderful!!

Sherene Raynor: I originally signed up as a way to improve my credit score. It's been over 2 months and no one from this company has been able to help me. I keep getting an error message under the credit repair page. I've been sooooooo patient and understanding but I keep getting the run around. It's so frustrating. They even said I should check for any errors on my Transunion report and correct it. I've been told to delete the app and reinstall it.Can someone please contact me and get this situation resolved
