Customer service is horrible, chats freeze, when you call know one can see anything to help, and emails take forever to get an answer. Would not recommend.

Patrice Robinson: I thought this was a good app. I started with a low balance. Overtime my bal increased and made payments. My card got compromised and ended up with a late payment. Paid it off. My bal decreased. I built my bal back up then my payments stop going through automatically and the money was there. Christmas came and my balance was decreased for no fault of my own. Was told the balance will go back it never did. They claim it's nothing I did but a choice they made. I now have afterpay is much better.

Joseph Lopez: Loved the app when I first started using it. The whole pay in 3 thing was great for those purchases I didn't want to be impacted by all in one shot. Never missed a payment and even paid off some items well before their due dates. Now for some reason I can't make any pay in 3 purchase without putting down more then 60% of the total. It's like being punished for having a great payment history with them. This app went from my number one, to my only In an emergency app.

Angela Gwynn: I have used this app for the longest time and it's always been great. I never missed any payments or had any issues in the past. My spending power was built up to over 1k. Suddenly, two weeks ago, my spending power dropped to ZERO! I tried asking about this and got NO help. Just stick with Affirm at this point. Not sure what happened or went wrong, but it's ridiculous.

Chasity Dill: When I first got klarna it was awesome. I told everyone about it. Used it so much, always paid on time. When they switched to going off credit, they ruined it. People with perfect credit don't need klarna. This was the perfect option for us working on our credit. I have 1k spending limit with klarna and can't even get approved for a $40 purchase( tried just to check what it would say) Just use zip. It works the way the old klarna did. And I'm never denied. Even have a physical card.

Awesome Adria: Was enjoying this app for a while now. But they keep making changes. Make the app worst. Pros: they have different options for paying. There is more than one payback option. Cons: app lags when making a purchase and it doesn't allow me to use my PO box for a shipping address when shopping at Torrid. Also, there are more restrictions on where you can use the card than before. Also, customer service is so, so. Lastly, using this for Amazon sucks now and the rewards program is useless now.?

Kaimen K: Extremely unhappy with the new PSD2 Directive that requires banking information for each purchase. The app kept telling me there was a technical error and to try again later at which point it removed the option to pay in installments so I had to restart. Ended up not making a purchase though I'm sure they'll be able to withdraw what I still owe from the same bank account. Why implement a safety measure that the app can't function well enough to support? Leaving after my payments are complete.

Britney Allen: This app is horrible. It crashes constantly. When I try to do something on the app, it takes forever to even go to what I selected then, the app crashes. And that's if you can even select anything before the crash. Most of the time the app crashes right after opening. Pretty please fix the lagging and crashing problems. Giving two stars instead of one in hopes app will improve. I love the idea of this app and the payment plans, but I need to actually be able to use the app. Hahaha.
