IRIS ParentMail v4.2.3 APK + MOD (Premium Unlocked/VIP/PRO)

Corinne G: I have been using this app for years with no problem until last summer when the scrolling in the shop section stopped working. The app provider suggested there was an update, which my phone had already installed and this still didn't fix it. I notice now they are pretending this hasn't been reported before. When users and schools are informing you this is an issue, you should prioritise your workload to fix it.

Calum Fitzsimmons: Poorly designed waste of time. It seems most schools use this system over other messaging systems, however the system is clunky, hard to set up, and ultimately its now been a month since my child started school and I'm still unable to even register to use the app. You would have more luck using carrier pigeon than this.

Mike Diack: Part of it is technical problem. I want to be able to truly delete stuff not just archive it causing more clutter. Please add that ability. Part of it is a problem with schools overusing the app, ie a user/training issue. I often now get 6 parentmail messages per day from the school. Coupled with inability to delete things fully means that it feels more like spam and I often delete the messages without looking. Which of course is totally counter productive!

Shaun Collier: Missing a Search function...how can an email app be missing an ability to search? I'm pretty sure the old ParentMail app had this function. Would give it a zero if I could for this rather silly oversight. Developers clearly don't live in the real world where email subjects alone aren't always the most informative!

Abdul Ahmad: This app is pretty good for getting notified about things happening in school and updates! One problem is the delay when you enter the pin correctly and sometimes it shows up a blank screen! I then have to close the app in order to get back on to the parent mail app!

A Google user: An honestly mediocre but necessary app. Couple of quick examples: 1. The pin login showing a broken logo image means you know you'll enter the pin, open a message then have it log you back out and ask for the pin again, this time with the correct logo. 2. Their support team still haven't answered an email query from a year ago. That's if their listed email address was the correct one. 3. You can't access the content in the app without internet connectivity, which is a frustrating. Urgh.

A Google user: So, I've not been able to log in due to forgotten password. Link to send reset email, doesn't send email. School try same thing and nothing happens. Uninstalled then reinstalled, still nothing. Try to contact customer support, can't actually TALK to anyone because it's an automated machine telling me to do what I've already done! So now, because of the absolute atrocity that is this app, my child is missing out on things.

A Google user: Potentially useful when working well but it rarely does. 1) Message notifications are random. sometimes you get them, most of the time you don't. 2) E-mails stopped getting through more than a year ago. 3) Serious data protection breaches. The person (fellow parent) who we nominated as an emergency contact receives all our private correspondance including payment request. Bug probably amounts to a breach of the law. Not fixed although school was informed. 4) No customer service contact option.

A Google user: have downloaded app as emails always sent to spam folder! I understand there is a problem with that. Anyhow, now trying now to find notifications 'tab' on app but no luck. Have searched faq, where there are instructions, but the screen shot theyve shown for Android doesnt match up with what i see on my phone. I am literally losing the will...

A Google user: ---1) Buggy. Annoying. Every action results in a pop up asking if I need help. Whether or not I select "don't ask again" it does it next time. ---2) What is the point? I get an email to my normal email telling me there is a message for me. I have to exit email, open a different app, enter login pin, deal with popup (see #1), select message, open attachment before I actually see anything from the school. To see the next item, attachment needs to be closed, press back, deal with persistent pop up (see #1), select next message, open attachment etc. Just put the information into the email. ---3)Download a load of attachments to go through. Go to view them. They are all called "file.pdf". That's very unhelpful and disappointing. ---4) Having been through #3, in a quiet time with no connection you go to read the downloaded PDF attachments and guess what... Not 8 communications to catch up on but instead, 8 copies of the most recent one. (Cue silent scream to not wake everyone up).
