AnantaSesaDas: Great app but needs an "all" category bc it's extremely annoying how almost every offer appears in multiple groups so you have to scroll through them multiple times. Also it took a looong time for the verification text to arrive so I can cash out. Waste of time if I never got the text and could't get any money out. Occasionally offers disappear between checking the app while shopping in a store and walking out with the receipt or the loyalty card to work.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, looking for updates and it's taking forever just to click on all of the items I purchased so I can scan my receipt. If the issue doesn't get resolved I'm probably going to have to stop using the app.

Beth Partney: This app only works sometimes. It used to be so much better! Lately it will uncheck an offer after I select it. Many times I'm denied offers even after scanning the barcode in the store to make sure it is the correct item. The app confirms I have the correct item, but then denies the offer when I scan the receipt. I confirm by scanning the item's barcode and still am denied. The "help" feature is cumbersome and unhelpful. I have lost many dollars over the app malfunctioning.

It's easy, fun and a great way to try new products with money back and buy favorites when Ibotta has offers available. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that some products have very particular parameters in order to meet rebate qualifications which can be annoying at times.

I have definitely made back money, but coupon selections have become increasingly difficult to fulfill even at Walmart. More frustrating is not getting the the proper credit has become more routine. Last few submits have had missing things and they have all been items that I had to scan the UPC before submitting receipt. Very frustrating.

Dawn Adams: I've been going back and forth with their email department for weeks. I can't get the money I've accumulated of almost $75 off due to their system not being able to verify my email. I've done all their little tricks and NOTHING. I want the money!! And I'm done with this dumb thing. Plus these last few purchases it doesn't even capture all my savings so then I'm pulling out everything to rescan after already doing it in the store to scan AGAIN for the receipt. What a waste of time!

Velma N: CASH OUT OFTEN or the app will take $3.99 a month from your balance until you redeem again. It's your money. Don't let them keep it. Good luck getting paid for all items on your receipt!!! Watch your multiples. They are bad to only credit 1 when you bought 3 and the offer was good for up to 3. When you want to look at ALL offers, they still come through in categories so you see the same item repetitively because it fits multiple categories. I just want to see a simple list.

Amanda Bonner: It used to be a functional and helpful app. I stopped using it for nearly a year out of frustration and recently attempted to use again. You hardly ever get credit for the things you should get credit for. When you reach out to customer service, you basically have to have all of that added up (missing credit amount, line by line item). Realistically, no one has time for that. It should be a straight forward app where you check your items, scan your receipt, and recieve credit for said items.

Jaysydan Crandall: This would be 5 stars but the issue I have is that it doesn't credit me for some items. When I go to support, it ask me to list the amount I should get back. That is ablelist for people with disabilities that hinder their ability to properly do math. My personal issue is that I do not have a lot of time to go through and check to make sure each and every item was properly credited, write down the amount that wasn't credit and the item and then contact support.

Resalemaiden Resale: It's a great app, can be work sometimes with missing credits but they make it right and I see a lot of effort on efficiency. It has a very wide variety which is great I feel they do a great job even though some things have changed because of fraud, I've heard with Walmart scan & go which has unfortunately effected us who don't use this. I'm sure they'll find a solution so we can use coupons again with Walmart I hope. But it us what it is. :)
